Was not as we expected it to be, I was not expecting something good for this price but still was disappointed with how it looked inside, especially the smell and facilities were bad. Dirty bed sheets, very old facilities, were given already opened and used slippers.

The hospitality shown by the staff in terms of catering to basic needs like getting an iron box, serving the breakfast and sorting small issues promptly. We came late and we got the topmost room which has low ceiling. Therefore, I had to lower my head several times while walking inside the room.

Our family loved our stay here. We felt at home! The host and his family are wonderful. Highly recommended for those who want a true local experience! Thanks for everything!

Everything is very old and not very clean

Very helpful staff, breakfast, interesting location Slow drain in the shower, a little scratched furniture, a bit of cat pee smell on stairs indoors, low ceilings (rooms is small and one couldn't stand tall in half of it)

Located within walking distance to the most famous sights of the Golden Horn. Sewage smell in the bathroom, balcony and outdoor furniture dirty.

Location was great, staff was really amazing, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Staff helpful, compassionate and smiling. Location is by foot close to the tram and Sultanahmet, surrounded with some nice food shops. Highly recommended. While cooking in the kitchen at breakfast, if any window or door is open the smell enters the room. Needs some changes in the kitchen ventilation.

This is a small hotel on a back street. Very convenient for all the major attractions. The staff were all very good and helpful A little tired

AC works but needed a bit more power

I liked it was very close to the Grand Bazaar and small plaza with lots of restaurants. The room was clean and the concierge very attentive provided us with plenty water so we wouldn’t go to the corner for it. The included breakfast was authentic and delicious. The city is too big to have an idea of the neighborhood but for me it was a bit darker the area, even though the concierge told us it was pretty safe, but as a woman I may have the concern.

There was a lack of fresh air in the room, even with A/C. Sound isolation is also not perfect.

Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Clean facility with comfortable rooms. There is no elevator and I hadn’t seen that mentioned in the description. We were given the rooms in 5th floor. We could use the stairs, but taking big luggage bags up the stairs was difficult. However, the hotel staff helped us with it.

I recommend this place! Nice and cozy hotel on a quiet and peaceful street. Friendly staff, tasty breakfasts. We got a room in a higher standard than we booked, which was very nice. Great location, close to the most important monuments and bus stops. Good connection to the airport.
