Location, and staff were amazing Nothing, all good

Conveniently located. Helpful staff. Clean! We had the quadruple room and it was spacious. The bathroom was modern and clean. The shower is big. We had fresh sheets and towels every day. There’s coffee in the room and there is a restaurant at the hotel with a full menu. WiFi was strong. The entrance to the hotel has NO signage. You have to walk down an alley and “through” a restaurant to get to the hotel. There is no lobby but a simple check in desk at the back of the restaurant. To access the front door to the hotel rooms, you need to walk past a service alleyway. There’s zero curb appeal.

Extremely welcoming atmosphere and staff! Water issue between the shower and the toilet as well as a busted shower head hose which greatly reduced the water pressure at the head. Although my first night I’ve had the best sleep in a long time, not their fault but on the second, there were some heavy construction on the tram rails nearby. There were no way to sleep through this noise.

Perfect location to all main attractions. Antik cafe restaurant was great. All basic amenities worked fine. Could have provided some basics like tooth brush/paste. Too much of cat problem while eating at the Antik cafe, for that matter all through out the city. Need to figure out the actual location after some walking around as Google location is a little off. Please fix the broken window in one of the rooms.

If I come to istanbul again id definitely book this place again! Location was perfect just a walk away from gulhane station and there is a beautiful park (gulhane park) right opposite which is great for chilling and enjoying park vibes and all the beautiful flowers The taxi couldnt drop us off right infront of the hotel due to location however the staff at the antik restaurant were more than happy to help us with all our luggage We had 1 night of no power but that wasn't the hotels fault I think it was that part of the area however there was back up generators

Great AC! We slept through the night soundly which was much needed due to the heat and it was such a great location. We are very active so aren’t in the room most of the day, but had everything we needed once we got home. The Wi-Fi was a hit or miss, it would sometimes work but other times wasn’t functional

It is close to most of atractions. But the property is in a crowded space. The 'large bed' too small for 2 peaople. I have a very bad impression the staff the first day, you need to be carefull with them when ordering extra things. You need handshake prices first.

We like everything! The place was next to Agia Sofia and we have the opportunity to see a lot of thing without taking any transfer. The hoster was so helpful and kind and help us with everything!

The location is amazing

Everything was wonderful.

It is located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes walking from Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, etc. A 15 minutes walk from Eminonu port. So it was very convinient. We got a tea while we’ve waited for the check-in process. The room was very clean (and they cleaned our room every day). The hotel has a restaurant with a cute, cosy feeling, colorful lampions and the food was very good. Same price as the other restaurants in the area. The staff was helpful and friendly. Offers taxi service. I recommend it for a few nights stay in Istanbul.

Super location, walking distance to most places. Super kind and friendly staff and receptionists. Greeted is with a smile and helped us with our luggage to the rooms! Cleaner doing an amazing job every day! Sometimes there was no hot water, but if we waited 10-15 minutes there was hot water again. Not a big issue!
