The staff were all wonderful,kind and helpful. On my arrival the boy on the reception give me his Istanbul card to use until I got my own....the young lady offered to take me to the nail salon and I chatted with the Lovely Osman every day. The hotel is perfect for the old part of the city all the UNESCO heritage sites are within walking distance.

Nice location, very helpful staff, good host, good communication, clean room, located in the heart of Istanbul, restaurants, bars and stores in a walking distance. The Le Safran staff really makes you feel like you are at home, everyone is nice, polite and courteous. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. Everything was nice

The proximity to the places of interest was within a few minutes walk. Steep steps up to the entrance of the hotel would benefit from railings. Steep Spiral staircases had central bannister only and would benefit from extra handrails

I recently booked a stay at this hotel in Istanbul, but upon arrival, I was told that the room I had reserved was unavailable. ( Room with garden view !) Instead, they offered me a different room, which was not what I had expected or liked.

Location is direct at old city, tram station, and Uban. They did not change towels.

First we got another room, then the staff told us we can move to room what i book tomorrow. That’s still okay for me because i still got room what i already booked. The women in breakfast room also nice and polite, she ask me if i want Omelette. Even i already came late. This hotel very near to Hagia Sophia , just walk 5min . But you need to go up. Get ready if you come to Istanbul, many up and down hills. The floor is dusty. The breakfast need more variation and please take care the hygiene.

The balcony was great add on to the room. Water was coming into the room during and the entire room was flooded. Plus the room key was misplaced which felt very unsafe as our room wasn’t locked for more than 24 hours.
