Literally steps away from the tram station, super clean, elevator, great AC, great breakfast, great staffs

Location nearby the tram station
-
bed was hard. No usb outlets. most hotel rooms have them in addition to outlets. But certainly nothing major.
-
Can't think of anything.

Excellent and helpful staff; wonderful breakfast; felt welcomed. Everything clean. Very minimal room - not even a chair. Working at the tiny table as a desk and sitting on a small stool was difficult. Super tiny television too. Bathroom really tight. Room was really dark - window was directly across from big wall that blocked view and light.

LOCATION, Location! Lowest priced room had everything you need and a double bed in a compact space. Included breakfast was good. Bonus is that there is an elevator! I’d stay again and can highly recommend this 8 room hotel. Wish there was a full length mirror in the room.

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Newer and clean rooms. Can't think of anything that I didn't like.
-
The room was a little bit cold due to outside weather.
-
Two minor inconveniences:The weather had become quite warm, but typical for Europe , there was no access to a fan nor air conditioning. With windows open street noise may bother some people. However we slept safe and well. Room key is used to turn on electricity. Room refrigerator does not operate without key in place. Important for some with medication or food needs .

I only stayed for a short time but instantly loved this stay. I hope to come back when I have more time to explore Istanbiul. The location is perfect and I felt safe as a solo traveling woman.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Castle Franco Suites. The location is absolutely perfect!! just steps away from major attractions and easy access to transport, making sightseeing simple. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of choices to start your day well. Most importantly, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming; their attentiveness made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my visit. .

Location close from tram, grand bazar, Topkapi, Aya Sofia etc We were given a room not matching with the booking description, on the “ground” floor in front of the front desk (so we could hear everyone entering), street view + noise with a broken baby bed and staircase before reaching the tool. When we asked about it, the receptionist was openly annoyed.

Staff. Especially Kevin. He was the nicest human being. Hospitality was great. Clean room. Decent breakfast. Great location. Staff wants you to be happy. The bed was very uncomfortable. Also, if you're a hot sleeper, they don't have AC during cooler months. So you have to open window to let the cool air in. The door is half closed and a homeless man walked in while we're coming down the stairs. But one of the managers took care of it immediately.

Excellent location. A small boutique hotel in which the owners treat you like special guests. Everything is taken care of, from arranging tours to transportation. One of the best hotel experiences, and we travel often.. Should be the first choice for anyone coming to Istanbul. Rated exceptional, and fully deserves the score.

Castle Franco Suites was a perfect base for our recent 4-night trip to Istanbul. Although our room was not large, it was well-appointed and very comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent, with a tram stop right around the corner and major attractions within easy walking disatance. Staff were all extremely helpful and accomidating.

Bed was a bit hard, but that's a personal preference. Extra pillow / pillow cover would have been helpful for us.

This property is located in the heart of Sultanahmet district just a 5 minute walk away to the Çemberlitaș tram station & minutes away from the Grand Bazaar & Hagia Sophia (& other significant landmarks) . The rooms are modern and well appointed and the provided breakfast was basic Turkish cuisine. An elevator is available as well. One thing to note though is that the property is located at the top of a steeply inclined unevenly surfaced cobbled road which is not accessible to vehicles. This may pose accessibility issues for those with mobility/ health issues and having to lug your luggage up ( but the staff greeted us at the base of the hill and helped to haul our luggage ) during check-in & check-out. Those who are able-bodied may well take this up as a challenge ! None of note. But maybe the property management can consider investing in a motorised system to help haul luggage up the hill & making this information available on their website if and when it becomes available.
