the room is small

This hotel definitely does not deserve the price we paid for our stay. The hotel is very small and not comfortable. The elevator often breaks down suddenly, and when you use it, it feels like an earthquake because of the shaking. For this reason, I do not recommend staying here.

The staff is really helpful and fun, they even let us check in earlier. The breakfast is really good. Totally recommend!

I liked the location near historical landmarks. The location is very good, but the comfort is medium and the room is small. The windows do not provide sound insulation, so a lot of outside noise can be heard, and the walls are thin, making noise from other hotel guests clearly audible.

Breakfast, location, value for money.

The location was excellent — very central and close to the Çemberlitaş station within walking distance. The hotel is comfortable; the room had enough space and the bed was comfortable. It’s not very big, but it’s sufficient. The bathroom is standard as well; we were two people and everything was great. The food is very typical of Istanbul, but we had everything we needed and it was good. Lots of variety. Excellent staff, always available. They even gave us a recommendation for currency exchange, which was great. Overall, Istanbul was a wonderful experience. Istanbul has a lively nightlife, and since the hotel is centrally located, you can hear cars, people talking as they walk by, and quite a bit of noise when the guests in the next room come in (not inside their room, no conversations, etc.). It didn’t affect at all, we can sleep well but it’s a fact. I could also smell people smoking outside, and it reached the room. I don’t hold that against the hotel since it’s out of their control, but it is a fact. If you get a room on the second floor with a street view, you might notice it. I really didn’t like that, but it happened to us on every corner in Turkey.

Close to everything One day water went out in the sultanahmet area

I liked the view from our window, we were in the 6th floor. The bed was very comfortable, bottled water in the room was good to have. The breakfast was included and it was very good: Turkish tea, coffee, lavash, many types of cheese, olives, eggs, variety of salads, and Turkish halva is very fresh. We were happy. The staff were very friendly. The elevator is going only to the 5th floor and we had to bring our luggage to the stairs to the 6th floor. The room was a little bit small size, but it wasn’t critical problem for us. If someone bigger size people will be too tight then.

You get new towels and free bottled water everyday, shampoo and shower gel is provided and the hotel is in a good location We found it very noisy at night. Lots of slamming doors and the walls between rooms are so thin, I could even hear someone snoring from the room next door which highlights how thin the walls are.! Aswell as the noise at night which was very disruptive, our bathroom constantly smelt of cigarette smoke, which seemed to be coming through the bathroom vents. Breakfast was included and it was okay but it included the same options everyday.
