The location of the hotel is perfect. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very nice and friendly. We are satisfied and for sure we will stay there again

The location was excellent, just steps away from major historical sites, the tram, and the Grand Bazaar. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The furniture could use some updating, and in my room the air conditioner was not working. In addition, staying on the first floor meant I could hear some noise from the kitchen.

Santa Sophia Hotel Review Good location near enough to Hippodrome and Blue Mosque ; : crash pad for one night between flights while meeting a friend for coffee , and wanted to revisit my old haunts in Fatih . For the price , you get what you paid for : old old establishment prob in need of a thorough refurbishment and renewal , but was clean , convenient , quiet — And had the greatest added benefit of the very helpful gent at reception ( whose name escapes me at the moment ) , who just could not do enough :: when I made the booking in haste from the airport , apparently I had managed to book one of their ‘basement rooms’ without window , which is an absolute no-go for me . He kindly without added cost upgraded me to a top of the building room , away from the din of the city . I much appreciate it . If you’re ok without fancy stuff , it’s a serviceable pit stop for a night or two . N/A ~ ( bathroom would need serious attention ) Food is available onsite at next door restaurant , the hotel offers 15% off at that venue ; I was meeting my friend elsewhere for a meal so cannot comment on quality . The hotel also offers organized sightseeing tours ( Bosporus boat trip etc. ) which I’m sure are up to par for the average tourist . Further details on Google reviews

Its a small hotel walking distance to all the attractions. Management was very cooperative they accommodated us in everyway possible. Cars/Uber can't go to the hotel, you have to walk to Front Street to take the taxi or uber. But hotel Management does help with luggage pick-up and drop off.

Hosts very kind and helpful… after booking mixup they gave us a room at their sister hotel, Atlantis Royal Hotel. Incredible location. Generous breakfast. Room was small but very comfortable.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Professional-everything was organised perfectly for us - airport transfers - we were sent a very helpful video. Rooms basic but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Cleaned every day. Plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Breakfast is average but it is a budget hotel. Utensils are clean and staff replenish food and drinks regularly

We managed to book it at the last minute, in a good location and with great value for money. First of all, we were fully aware that for this amount of money we wouldn’t be arriving at a luxury place. The hotel has several floors, and we were given a room on the -1 level. This floor is located directly below the reception and the restaurant, which is terrible. You can hear everything, it’s impossible to sleep peacefully — it’s extremely loud. The doors are poorly insulated, and every morning at 7 AM the staff starts preparing lunch. You can hear every little sound: clinking cutlery, dragging tables and chairs — all day long, even at 1 AM. It’s awful.
