The courteous and helpful staff. They helped us plan some visits. The location is spot on. Most sites are walkable from the hotel. The breakfast was good Nothing major comes to my mind

The location of the hotel is the best, close to all historical sites and a tram stop. The staff in the hotels go out of their way to fulfill every request. I had a job interview on the first day of my stay, the staff even helped me to print the documents I needed. They had a great tour operator whom they work with, I had booked 2 tours and had a blast on both of them. Everyone in the hotel was very helpful, as this was my second time I stayed there, I wanted to mention Dawod, Atiq and Yogol, who were absolutely amazing ? ? ?

The best location, just a couple minutes walk to the tram, 10 minute walk to the Grand Bazar, the blue mosque and Haiga Sofia mosque, and 15 minutes walk to Topkapi palace. Don’t be afraid to use the tram it’s very easy and the hotel staff will explain everything in detail to you, they are AWESOME ! The area is a bit loud

At first day the reception man was so rude with us and even he checked us out and refunded our booking. Then the manager came and talked to us. We changed the rooms several times the stay was not that good
