Breakfast was the best…so much to choose from. Appreciated the young man that brought me tea every morning as well. I loved my room with the balcony and partial view of the Blue Mosque. The staff …sorry I forgot his name… helped arrange transport to airport.

The staff team is very helpful and nice especially Kadir who helped us with everything since we arrived and always looking for our comfort. Also the location of the hotel is very good. It just needs more variety in the breakfast. Nothing

The hotel is in a busy street,in the early morning you can hear the trucks beeping,one of the windows didn't close properly, there was a flushing pipe inside the wall without any soundproofing just 30cm away from the headrest

The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The location of the hotel was fantastic. Close to all the sites in the old town plus loads of restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Oh, the location couldn't be better! It's a 10 minute walk to the main attractions of the city--Topkapi, Aya Sophia, Basillica Cisterns, Sultanahmet Mosque and square. Then the tram line stop is a 5 minute walk, although a bit uphill. It is a budget hotel. As a budget hotel, it's really nice. The breakfast was good enough. There are nice restaurants in short walking distances. The beds were comfortable. The staff are helpful. We used their laundry service. The price was lower than one of the outside laundry services I checked! The beds are comfortable, but very squeaky. The mattresses were good I think, but the bed frame caused the squeaks. The elevator/lift is small, but sufficient. There is a bar at the ground floor. And it has loud music until 12am. But to be fair, we couldn't hear the music much from our room.

We stayed at Kupeli Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Alder, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We stayed in room 603, which had an amazing view and a large terrace — it was perfect. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hotel looked exactly like the pictures online. The location is excellent — close to everything you need. After spending a week in Istanbul, we realized we had booked the best hotel in the city. It truly exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended!

The location was good, close to the big sok and to the centre. You can go anywhere by foot or tram from there. The staff at the hotel were truly amazing and they did everything for me to feel comfortable there. I would have given it a 8.5, however I can only give it a 7 due to the following: I booked a standard room as this was my only option at the time of booking and I was given a room which was really sub-standard in term of salubrity, smelling, furnishings. However the staff changed it for me the next morning, after I complained about it. After I changed rooms, everything was fine.

Very polite and helpful staff, great location, comfortable beds, good continental breakfast. We stayed at family room. Hotel is everything you need for the plesent stay in Istanbul.
