It was in a great location in Istanbul, close to a lot of major sites. It also had a nice breakfast area and multiple other amenities. The staff there was wonderful, always willing to help and with great recommendations and ideas.

The breakfast was okay you will not have the Turkish breakfast but it was okay i was expected a little more they do not provide lotion that was odd and no iron which is something i really like to use when i travel

Nice hotel, fantastic location with restaurants, shops, coffee shops around. 2 min walk to tram line. Fantastic staff, super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with ocean views. Thank you for amazing stay, we will visit again and stay at Innova again.

The selection was very good and the staff were very attentive. The price of a glass of wine seemed to be a little high.

The hotel and location was fine except the AC were not cooling properly and the rooms were really hot most of the time and the staff did not really provide full service . Example : if asked for water they would say we either say they are out or give 1-2 bottles of water and everything had to be asked for . Location is convenient , however they could work on providing better service and experience overall . The view is nice for breakfast and they could try adding more option in breakfast !

The breakfast isn't very varied, and if you want a cappuccino from the coffee machine, you have to pay extra. If you need an iron, you have to pay extra. The shampoo comes in very small paper containers. The lighting in the room is dim. There are no robes in the room. There are also no mugs, only paper cups.

The faucet was leaking, the room was extremely hot, and even after requesting, no external fan was provided. The lighting was very dim, and there was constant noise from outside, making it hard to relax or sleep.

Perfect location, very kind and professional staff, great room. We loved the spa facility and staff. The breakfast was like a 5 star hotel, so clean and delicious, on the roof terrace with a sea view.

Absolutely impeccable! A very cozy, clean and pretty room. There was no rust, no mold, no weird smells. AC working, hot water came on instantly, big sized bed, comfortable mattress, daily room cleaning, water & instant coffee replaced daily. Situated in the best part of the most interesting area, close to everything. Helpful staff, but that's expected, of course. Professional and there 24/7. Stunning sea view with a big enough balcony for 2 people to enjoy a drink and a smoke. Ashtray on the balcony provided. Zero complaints.

The breakfast is very simple with semi-finished product. For this hotel, I think that’s good to have choices for local hand made food- burek, guzleme, simit and Turkish coffee.

It was an amazing stay. Location is awsome . Its proximity to historical places and local market , makes it a good choice . Terrace restaurant for breakfast has a breathtaking view of the city with sea. Loved the hospitality . It’s a come and stay again place .

A lot of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, grocery stores as well. The room was very nice and comfortable. It was quiet, comfortable for sleeping and resting. Great breakfast on the terrace with amazing view. Staff was very friendly and helped with everything.

Location, views, proximity to attractions Carpet in room was stained and shower head was broken. Otherwise, large room, well stocked and large bathroom/shower, well stocked as well so I didn’t complain.
