I was delighted by the welcoming staff and soft, comfy bed. I got a bigger room. What a nice surprise. The room had bottled water and an electric kettle to make tea. I enjoyed the stay and cannot complain.

Location in Sirkeci was great, 2 minute walk to the tram stop and 5 minutes to the ferries. Plenty of food options around and coffee shops. Property could use a little touch up. Light fixtures falling out of the wall and not straight, paint missing, chipped wood in baseboards. Room was clean, but just some aesthetics needing some love.

Nothing , very poor hotel. I think score they made with fake reviews and even they don’t bother reply my message. First time I saw this. Very bad hotel. Even could not stay 1 hour after paid full 3 Days and make move to another hotel after 1 hour arrival. So think how bad this is scam just. Showing nice picture and review , booking.com should take action about this. First time in my life i face this issue , i could mot stayed 1 Hour even how bad think , paying full advance 3 nights. That’s why this type hotel showing advance payment always, this is totally scam Zero nothing. I should take step for scam , showing picture one and giving another

Location, cleanliness, staff. My experience in this hotel was always nice:) I come to Istanbul every couple of months, so this hotel is like a second home to me. It’s very convenient to come here by metro from the airport. I love the fact that AC works great! And of course cleaning… cleaning is amazing! How many hotels wipe floor squeaky clean? Yeah. Cardholder inside a room is constantly flashing blue light, I woke up because of it couple of times during my stay, but maybe you are not that easy to be woken up:) honestly, I just put one of the coffee sachets there and it didn’t bother me at all after.

I stayed here 3 times already. I like the location and I am a cleanliness freak. I need to smell the cleanliness in everything from bedsheets to towels. This hotel absolutely met my expectations. Cleaning ladies do their job amazingly. They refresh towels after every cleaning and bedsheets upon request. I also like the fact that they ask if you wish for your room to be cleaned or no because I personally don’t want cleaning everyday and sometimes I don’t want anybody to enter my room. The location is amazing, hotel staff is wonderful, the hotel is safe. I adore the fact that the metro station is right in front of the hotel. Because it was so easy for me to come to the hotel from SAW by metro. I will definitely come back. I have another pretty big review which I left in October, you can also find some info there. I celebrated my birthday here and I thought they would send a cake or something as a compliment, but … but the way how they treated me is already a present so it’s nothing :)

Great location. It is located near the Marmaray station. Tram station is near 10 minutes walk to Eminonu, Gulhane Park, Egyptian Bazar. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable.

I had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, perfect for a restful stay. Overall, a nice place that I would recommend.

Best hotel ever, great hospitality!! Everything was excellent, All staff are very kind and too helpful! Mr. Abdullah & Mr. Dawood & Mr. Ibrahim… Room always perfect, cleaning on daily basis… Really I will come again!!! Many thanks all staff in Cetin Port Hotel ?

Very nice hotel with a good location. You can easily use the subway, tram and bus and also everything is very central to the hotel. Kindly staff always hulpfully, rooms are clean and usefull with a reception that is available 24/7
