Sirkeci Family Hotel

The hotel is really a great choice to stay. The location is perfect. The staff is very cooperative. The Managers Siraj and Ashraf are really great blessing and like angels in help and support 24/7. They made our stay more than exceptional. The room is comfortable and everything is super perfect. The stay is comfortable. Rooms are air conditioned. washrooms are clean and tidy. The cleaning lady changes the sheets and provides materials for daily need. The breakfast variety and the quantity of the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed it every day. I wish the hotel could offer something like the dinner also same like breakfast. In short, I would like and love to stay here again and again if I have such helping support from the managers like they provided in this stay.

اكثر شي عجبني الموقع ، النت ، انه عندهم 3 أسرة. واحد من الموظفين كان راقي ومتعاون باب الحمام غير مغلق بالكامل بتسمع كل شي ، وفيه صوت لم يسكر او يفتح مزعج للغير . عموما الحمام مافيه خصوصية للاسف، التلفون في الغرفة متعطل ، الاصانصير مرة مااشتغل الموضوع كان صعب، الأسرة شوية قديمة بس لابأس بها

The hotel is located in an excellent location where Sirkeci tram station & Marmaray metro station are just 2 min walk. Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Spice Bazaar, Grand Bazaar, Gulhane Park, Top Kapi Palace & Basilica Cistern are located nearby and you can visit them by walk. Dominos Pizza is just next to the Hotel and my kids love it. Many restaurants are nearby including famous Hafiz Mustafa. Nothing

Location is perfect! And property team so helpful and nice its my second time here at this hotel! But you have to choose the right room! Ours was family room connected with city view we enjoyed it Lift very slow and old Sounds inside restaurants closed at 2 am :/

It is PRIME location! Ashraf, Siraj, & Ayhan were amazing!

The water drain was blocked when showering. The floor was flooded. Fortunately we got a free change room. The floor of the shower room is very slippery. I almost fell down twice. Wifi is not very stable.

I liked the location was everything around me this helped a lot The property were not helpful unfortunately

The building was old but in good condition.

Smelled like cigarettes every night (the smoke was pulled in by the vent in the bathroom). Very loud at night (you could hear people talking loudly in the nearby cafes).

The reception was very kind. We really enjoyed the stay and the rooms were very comfortable. Everything was Great!

Amazing staff Bathrooms were abit dirty

The location is awesome, very near to Tram station and eateries. All major attractions are at walking distance.The rooms are good and toilets are clean. It is good for solo travelers, the facilities are bit old , the furniture and other stuff are not well maintained. There were marks of bed bugs .

The rooms are spacious and very well cleaned. The staff is extremely professional and friendly they go over and beyond to help our needs specially Siraj, Ali, Ashraf Wifi signal could be a little better otherwise the stay was very comfortable. Excellent location to be at.

Some bathroom amenities need improvement

There was a lot of noise from different sources, which made it difficult to rest properly. Because of the constant noise, the stay was not as comfortable as expected.
