The location is excellent and has access to all transportations and restaurants are around everywhere . Mr. Furat is so helpful and problem resolvent, my room wasn't ready, so he decided to upgrade my room to a room with Bosporus view. The hotel isn't 4 stars or even 3 stars as per the European standard, but for the value of money it's worth. Housekeeping is performed everyday. The doors of rooms better to be upgraded to new and modern

Very good location and good breakfast

It is a very nice hotel, its location is very good, it has a view of the sea and Galata Tower. The breakfast was good. thanks to the staff.

Only location and price and Bosporus view All another. We check in in the evening in family suite. In them 1 room from 2 was broken. The floor in bathroom was very wet, because toilet was broken. So the hotel gave us a 1 new room for 3 of us (our group was 5). In new room light was broken, tv was broken, bathroom was broken. Awful! Breakfast was poor.

Location was excellent The beds were like concrete the shower was broken and the fridge door fell off so was unusable. The room had cups and tea bags but no jug to boil water

For the same price you will find better rooms nearby! On the 1st floor there is a restaurant that has no exhaust hood and the smell of smoke from the grill will be in your room every day. The rooms and linen are very old and dirty. The room is cleaned only once before your arrival. It is not worth staying in it even for 1 day. Booking treacherously offered it as the best option and the reviews were inflated!

The location was very good. It was close to most of the landmarks we wanted to visit and the public transportation was very convenient (tram, metro stration, ferries in a walkable distance). The room and bathroom were not clean and there were a bad odor especially in the bathroom. The arrival time was 14:00 p.m. and although we arrived at the hotel at 15:00 p.m. they told us that the room wasn't available yet, as the previous guests refused to leave the room on time. When we finally got our room the bedsheets were not changed. In the bathroom sink the drain was clogged and although they told us that it would be fixed in the next hour, they never fixed it. Later, one of the employees told us that it was clogged several days now and not fixed.

The only positive is the location and the fact that you are in Istanbul!!! After arriving at the hotel, we were surprised. We had booked a Luxury room for 3. We got a room where you can't move or sleep at all. They told us that our room was taken and that we would get a new one tomorrow. In the morning we got a new room, but not at all the one that was paid for. The hotel is in a terrible condition. The window couldn't be closed, moldy, the ceiling was falling, the bathroom moldy mess. Security is minimal. The card we received worked for all the rooms at the hotel. I accidentally opened the door with a neighbor. We have never experienced worse business in our lives. I do not recommend!!!!
