Crowned Hotel

It was good but the load of music down was un comfortable in sleeping time It was good

The room was very organized, they cleaned it every morning, they changed the slippers every morning, the lights were very nice , you have everything you need. We did a late check in , the owner gave us the best room in the hotel, a room with the balcony, even though we did not book it. The staff were very nice , and smiling ? Next time surely I'll book in this hotel ! The location of this hotel is amazing, in the heart of Istanbul, in Fatih, near Marmary subway station. Near Aya Sophia, tram station...etc I can't claim anything, the hotel was more than what I expected.

The rooms was a little bit small but its okey for short stays

nothing small room, door cannot be locked, staff promised to fix it but until check out they didn't do it

We really liked Its central location The property was so small, not well cleaned and too noisy. We had to walk to the other property in order to eat breakfast, which was ok. It was difficult to find tables for the breakfast.

The slipper is so thin that I cannot even wear it properly. The lighting in the bathroom is not functioning well, hope they will fix it.Room 402.

We booked a room for 3 people, they gave us a room with two narrow beds. Took us about 1 hour 20 minutes to resolve this issue. The staff was not in a hurry... They were relaxed, for them it looked like business as usual, we were from the plane and very tired, had to wait, not a pleasant experience.

Good. Clean. Very close to the train. Breakfast in another hotel and few choices. The breakfast is poor but good for the price.

The bathroom needs renovation, things inside were falling apart.

Excellent location, rooftop breakfast, great shower. Comfortable bed, effective air-conditioning. Toilet seat broken, and obviously had been for a while. The 'fix' was to wedge it so it looked OK, but fell apart as soon as moved. After much complaining it was replaced the next day. Fridge door fell off every time it was opened.

Close to touristic places Not clean bathroom. The TV also was not working, and when we asked to have someone to check it, they said he would come, but no one showed. So for the hole trip, nothing changed. I do not recommend it. Very small room for 2 adults and one child with some broken appliance.

Location is good. Close to all transport and shops. Warm water in the shower was scares. There were no coffee mugs or water glasses available.

Pleasant

The location was superb. It was near almost everything including the top places to visit in Istanbul. There are convenience stores, restaurants and shops around so you don't need to travel far as well. The staff were friendly and helpful specially in getting us a taxi to the airport when we left. Breakfast was served in the sister hotel across the hotel which was not too bad.

The best place to stay on a budget, centrally located for my second visit to Istanbul. Everything is easily accessible, and the breakfast is good.

I booked triple room for 2 adults and 11 years old kid, when we arrived we stated that the rooms are only double rooms and the are so tiny that absolute no place for additional bed. Even this they charged me for triple. Very disappointed

veryy verry bad ,i could not sleep because a lot of noise also they give us a room on the las flor the fact that i could not sleep at all also the brekfest not good
