Villa Sweet Hotel

The staff is so kind and enjoyable, very nice and kind people, always available to help, suggest best places and easy way to get to them.. they also gave a gift to my baby daughter on the check out.. they realy marked our experience in Istanbul. Also the room was good, cleaned everyday and the area is near from everything Metro, ferry, bus ext.. that was a strategic localization in the city.

The staff hospitality is the best thing of this hotel. They are so helpful and supportive. The location of the hotel is perfect to reach out to public transportation, the tourist places and the restaurants. It's highly recommended to stay at this hotel when visiting Istanbul.

This was our second stay at the hotel upon returning to Istanbul, and we were blown away by the service. Without even being asked, the staff had already placed the luggage we stored with them during our first visit directly into our room. This kind of thoughtful service went far beyond our expectations. The hotel was a wonderful place to stay in Istanbul. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to many attractions yet still peaceful, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and will happily return on our next visit to Istanbul.

Friendly staff, nice location, quiet and warm rooms The room and especially bathroom need renovation as soon as possible. Shower head leaked out, the sink is covered in limescale that can't be cleaned anymore. The bed covers are with dirty spots. Nobody washed the caps neither when arrived, nor later on

Location - excellent ! Staff at the reception - super ! Cleanliness of the shower cabin is terrible !!! The breakfast area is small and is located in the basement of the hotel

The hotel has the perfect location near all means of transportation. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was enough and the staff was so friendly. I recommend it!

Omer at the reception was very attentive, always willing to help. The hotel and the room were very clean. Location was amazing, you have everything around, it is a great choice. I have nothing negative to say. I had a good experience staying there.

Everything was fine, the hotel is located in a very good part of the city. The staff is kind, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is varied and there is plenty to choose from. Room is cleaned everyday.

The location was excellent. No shelf in the shower for the soap, shampoo, etc. I was in a top level room but the door to access the balcony didn’t have a lock.

Convenient location, very good breakfast. Next to the metro tram train and ferry station. Everything is with in walking distance from the property.
