Location: safe area, short walk to tram, landmarks, affordable restaurants Staff: accommodating, courteous and beyond wonderful, helped us with luggages and even offered bigger room upgrades free of charge. There's a special furry greeter in the lobby named Bonjour and she has the greatest meow ? Room: comfortable, clean room, working AC. Small selection but delicious breakfast

This was such a great property! Between the prime location and friendly staff, we had a wonderful trip. We were able to walk literally everywhere from the hotel, and when we needed public transportation, we were only 2 blocks away from the nearest stop. Since the property had some extra rooms available during our weeknight stay, we were offered the opportunity to upgrade our room for free, which was so kind! Also, on our last day in Istanbul we had an 11:00 PM flight, and we were allowed to leave our luggage while we explored the city on our last day. Overall, an incredible experience. N/A

The room was nice and comfortable, and the location was excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the main attractions like Ayasofya, the Blue Mosque, and close to the Marmaray station. It was easy to get around and explore the city. Breakfast was fine, just a regular continental option. It would be nice to have a kettle or some glasses in the room for tea or water. Also, the bathroom supplies could be a bit better stocked.

What did you like about the property? The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of Sirkeci, surrounded by many restaurants. The staff and reception team were extremely polite, respectful, and professional. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were fresh What didn’t you like about the property? The hotel is small, as was the room, but it was still comfortable and clean. Breakfast was decent but could be improved.

The room was very small, with two separate beds — clearly not designed for a couple. The bathroom door was see-through, which made it uncomfortable and lacking in privacy.

We stayed 5 nights in Sirkeci, in the same room we had back in 2022 — and it felt like coming home! The fact that we returned says it all. It was so nice to see familiar faces — Bilal and Najeeb were still there, and just as friendly and helpful as ever. Their warm service truly made our stay special. Thank you again for the hospitality — we’ll definitely keep coming back! Just a small note: we hope the bathroom can be serviced soon, as there was some leaking. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel in a great location. Walking for 5 minutes out of the touristy neighbourhood you can find good street food, and a lot of the main attractions are within walking distance. The staff were really nice and very helpful when we had questions to ask. There could have been more on offer for breakfast but it's not a deal breaker considering it's reasonably easy to find good food all around you. As it's a busy area at night the streets can be noisy, which we found to be okay for most nights.

Everything was good and it deserves to be the best hotel in Sirkeci The receptionist is very nice I only booked one night, unfortunately, as my plane was on the same day I was hoping for more cleanliness, space, and views of everything I repeat, the receptionist is very nice to deal with
