The location of the hotel is great. The bed is comfortable. Of the three receptionists, only one spoke English. I booked a room with two separate beds, but they put us in a room with one. The TV didn't work (it wasn't connected to the network, meaning it turned on, but there was nothing to watch). They only agreed to change the room two days later. As a result, in our new room, the toilet didn't work, the shower didn't drain, and water dripped from the tap. When we complained, they promised to fix everything and confirmed that everything had been fixed. We had to wait until the night before for an English-speaking receptionist to arrive, who confirmed that nothing had been fixed, and only then we were moved to another room. Again, with one bed. The refrigerator didn't work, so they took it from our previous room. This room had no door on the shower stall, and the trash can didn't open when pressed – but it was an improvement over the previous room.

Property wasn’t clean and its really unhygienic and the room amenities wasn’t there as per mentioned in booking.com and also inefficient hpuse keeping service.

The staff was friendly but didn’t react when we complaint about cleaning The room was smaller than we expected but still ok. The Bathroom was also small and old. Many things were falling of… and it was not cleaned properly when we arrived. We stayed 4 nights and it wasn’t cleaned once!!!! No new bed sheets no new towels!!! No one emptied the garbage!!! Nothing!!! We talked to them every day and they gave us towels at the reception but didn’t react any further and also didn’t clean the other day. At the last evening and also the morning of Check out we didn’t have warm water to take a shower… I cannot understand the good comments that others made??? Based on the good comments we chose this hotel but we regretted it very much.

The room hasn't been cleaned for 5 days that we were there, no towel change or garbage removal.

First of all I would like to say this is my 7th time visiting Istanbul, and this is by far the best Hotel I have stayed in. The staff was very friendly, helped us with everything we needed. The Hotel is brand new, everything is new and in working condition (fridge, bathroom, water cooker, etc...). Everything was super clean which was very important to us. We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is located in a quiet street so there was no noise from cars passing by. The price was amazing, and the location of the hotel is great (train station nearby, also bus stations within walking distance). I will recommend this hotel to everyone. There is not a single thing I could say I would change. From bathroom, to location, to cleanliness, to price. Supper affordable and definitely worth the money we paid. Recommending this hotel to everyone.

When we arrived, the personnel didn't speak English. Using Google translate on their phone, they informed us that although we have a booking the hotel is already full, and that this is "their boss's problem, not our problem". When we asked to speak with their manager, they told us he was not there. As a result, we had to look for a last minute option elsewhere late at night and we luckily found another hotel nearby.

It's a new hotel. Staff is so nice and helpful. This area may not look perfect at the begging but the area itself is in the middle of all the sightseeing area and the most famous landscapes also safe. They also accepted our dog so we appreciate it a lot. It's such a little hotel but it's really clean, no smell. High quality for it's price. I have to mention that they don't have their parking in the closed territory, it's on the street but our car was in front of the hotel on the spot they secured for us hence the car was secure for 7 days Nothing

I loved the location, the staff is really nice, really nothing to say in a negative manner! You get a lot more for what you paid! I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Maybe that the rain shower is too low, or I'm too tall? But even that is a surprise... that they have a rain shower, I loved everything!

Almost everything was as expected and worked properly, we really loved the balcony The view from the window in the room wasn't the best and there were people doing repairs in the building next to us, so it was very noisy at times, also there were other guests who made loud noises coming back late at night and woke us up
