The room was great. and pillow were very comfortable. The staff, especially Omer and Baran are exceptionally helpful, kiind, and responsive! It is very easy to use the trains in Istanbul, and I loved taking the ferry. Omer speaks perfect English. I only wish that I had time to go to the Turkish baths.

Nothing worth mentioning Deceptive staff. No running water. No cable. The property knows about no running water but does not earn customers. Basically stealing your money. Imagine yourself on a vacation, upon checking in you find out there is no running water I definitely. Housekeeping does not change bedsheets.
