we stayed here as two guests and had a wonderful experience. the room was excellent - clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. everything felt new, including the furniture, which made the stay even more pleasant. the location is perfect, right in the city center. most of the main attractions are within walking distance, which was very convenient for us. the staff were amazing - very polite, friendly, and always willing to help. the only small downside was that the bathroom was quite small and a bit inconvenient. however, considering the affordable price, we think it is absolutely worth it. overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers. -

When I first arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a young man named Arab. He helped me carry my luggage to the room, for which I’m very grateful, as I had no energy left after a long flight. Secondly, I arrived earlier than planned, and I had originally booked the room for 12 hours. They checked me in almost immediately — I waited only a short time. While I was waiting, Arab told me that I could go on a sightseeing tour and offered several options (the prices were very reasonable). He also mentioned that the hotel provides a transfer service for an additional fee. Overall, Arab answered all my questions and always respected my personal boundaries — special thanks to him for that. An important part of any trip is the room where you stay. My room was absolutely wonderful, with a view of the Bosphorus and a small balcony. The air conditioner worked perfectly, which is very important. Another key factor for me is cleanliness. I have previous experience inspecting hotel rooms, so the first thing I checked was the mattress and the area underneath it for any bugs or insects — everything was spotless. I give it a solid 10 out of 10. Of course, as someone experienced in inspections, I could probably find a few minor details to critique, but in terms of price-to-quality ratio, service, and cleanliness, Ninova Hotel is truly excellent. There are also some very authentic restaurants nearby and the Bosphorus is just a short walk away — it’s very easy to go out and enjoy a nice walk. I highly recommend ❤️this hotel I like everything

We were dropped off in front of the Ninova but told we could not go in. Then forced to stay in a random place, not our hotel. Just a random room in a house. Not even close to what we booked and the 2 young men who said they were in charge were rude and a bit scary, wanting transfer money in cash while at the same time, not allowing us in the place we booked.

it needs a little bit of cleaning. the bed sheets had some hair and i dont think it was cleaned but the restroom was in good condition

These hotels are small buildings and I don't think they could've had elevators, but definitely it would have helped to have one. If there was a breakfast included, it would have been nice too.

Awesome welcome from the staff, clean cozy room near the sea and walking distance from main attractions in the old town. They assisted us with parking in front of the hotel, which was amazing! I highly recommend!
