Everything was great, starting with the receptionist who was very kind with us and gave us a lot of recommendations, and ending with the facilities in general.

The area was super good. Near a lot of tourist attraction. You can walk and the staff at the hotel were super nice as well.

Great location, lovely staff/ owners and just what we required for four day stay. Cracking views. Annoyed that we were on the fifth floor ( no lift) without info telling us on booking. Very noisy with seagulls on the roof causing mayhem in the early hours of the morning. Kitchenette was very poorly equipped. But we enjoyed our stay as these negatives didn't get in the way of our enjoyment. Other people be warned.

A hotel located in a very good area, the staff is very friendly, they give you a lot of help, super helpful. The room is spacious and it is definitely worth staying there. I would definitely return :)

Excellent staff very welcoming, neat & tidy . very well managed and so helpful and trained specially Hotel Manager Mr Hilal and his colleague. All main attraction points are very accessible like blue mosque, aghia sophia , gulhanay park & yes breakfast available on request by paying little amount. It doesn’t has elevator but manageable.

I liked the hotel room a lot. Also, the staff were really nice. Especially Syed and Amol. They helped me with the cruise booking and also with the taxi to the airport. I enjoyed staying there.

There are a lot of cafes nearby, there's also a bus station and it's few minutes walk to Grand Bazaar. The room had a good AC, TV and Hairdryer Everything was great. Thank you again Zahid.

Unfortunately wi-fi worked with interruptions, but it didn't bring us a big trouble. Workers of hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Location is good, very close to a lot of activities, but be ready to see streets of not-touristic Istanbul and a lot of refugees.

Good relaxing break! Friendly, welcoming staff. Very good location for city centre and local transport. Overall an enjoyable stay.

There were plates and cuttlery, minifridge, very useful. Room was clean and nice. We only stayed for a night.
