Rooms are quite tight with low ceiling (on the 4th floor at least). Beware walking on the steep stairs.

-very -very helping stuff, very kind -clean room -warm blankets -good breakfast -slippers, soaps, shampoo, clean towels -there should be done some restoration in the bathroom(the sound when the water is going, the broken toilet seat) -location (bit actually, we got used , and it takes 15 min to a tram or metro, so it’s nice)

Breakfast vere very good, tea and coffee all day. There was no problem to change room. The staff helped us to choose the tour and give us the informations about city.

It is a hotel to stay a few hours. Not for more. The kid at the front desk made honorable efforts but the hotel is bad. The bathroom smelled bad and the room looked like a mess. The breakfast was miserable. I won't be visiting again. Poor price-quality ratio.

The staff was really helpful and kind. It was quite close to the main street with the tram line. Breakfast was included in the price, and although, it was the same every day, we liked feta cheese, olive, tomatoes and fresh bread. On our request we got a room on the first floor which was important for us as there's no lift in the hotel and the staircase is very steep. The bathroom was big and clean, the shower part looked newly furbished. The room was quite noisy, we could hear voices from the street. There was no towel rack in the bathroom. There was no roof terrace to have breakfast as said in the description. Breakfast is served downstairs in the lobby. The location is mostly for residents, not for tourists so you should stay here if you don't mind it.

Nothing no health and hygiene smelly bathroom old and felthy the whole room with furniture I didn’t like anything about this hotel the furniture should be changed and believe and we stayed for 2 nights the bed wasn’t changed the other day no water in the hotel room no body cares about the guest

Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Breakfast was good . The location was close enough to the attractions. The terrace/rooftop was not operational

Location was OK. Staff seemed OK initially but on checkout they changed their minds about letting is check out late Room was on top floor 6th floor. No lift. Windows broke on arrival. Bedsheets were threadbare and had holes in. Rain came in through the ceiling. Shower kept going hot and cold. Sink water stopped completely at one point. We asked if we could check out 2 hours later on final day and it had rained previous night They agreed but then knocked at 12 snd said we had to be out of the room within an hour. Given that we had not complained about any of the above it was very disappointing

Location was good if you want to explore the old town area but nothing else worth mentioning about this hotel. Don’t get fooled by the pictures. No stairs and we had a 5th floor room. If you don’t want to climb a hill everyday please don’t book this hotel. Couldn’t imagine a 5 store hotel without a lift. The stairs were also tricky , can’t imagine how we survived without falling over. The sea view upgrade was rubbish . It is more view of a sea of roof tops. Locality was not good as well. The breakfast was pathetic.

Terrible hotel, very dirty, photo is not true. It was impossible to stop there. They did not return the money. I do not recommend staying here. Noisy and dirty street. Everything in the room was broken or damaged. They literally ruined our trip.

The staff were excellent and always helpful. the room was comfortable and the breakfast was a good start to the day. The location was good for me as I was able to get to the places I wanted to see on foot. The location means that a certain amount of physical fitness is required, but that is no fault of the hotel! The only complaint I had was the stairs, which were difficult, especially at night when some of the automatic lighting on Floor 1 didn't help me on my way to Floor 2
