البناية جديدة فعلا بس مو هيه احسن شي المنطقة حلوه جدا وبيها اسواق كثيرة بحيث الشخص يحتاج يوم حتى بس يفتر بالمكان نفسها الفندق نظيف نوعا ما قريب على مكان باص وميترو باص فالمكانات القريبة جدا سهل الوصول الها قرب الفندق يوجد مخابز وماركتات و Bim الي اسعاره جيده جدا الحمام صغير والشطاف سيا لابعد الحدود لان المقعد حجمه صغير والشطاف ضعيف جدا ومن تكول للموظفين هذا الشي يكولون هاي مشكله بكل الغرف والي هو على الاغلب جذب خدمة الغرف سياه لان ما يرجعون يخلون مناديل ولا شامبو ولا صابون وايضا الفندق بعيد جدا عن الاماكن السياحية الاساسية فالشخص راح يدفع ضعف مبلغ ايجار مكان قريب بسبب المواصلات لان اقرب مكان لازم يركب ثلاث باصات حتى يوصل اله والمنطقة شعبية فاغلب الاحيان الباصات مليانة ناس طبقتهم ضعيفة فيكون اكو اطفال هواي ويحجزون مكانات الجلوس بالباصات

The apartment itself is nice, it had a great layout and was very clean. The modern building was great and all facilities in the room worked as expected (minus the coffee machine). The apartment is within close walking distance to stores, restaurants, grocery, public transportation and a great park for the kids is directly across the street. While the apartment is close to public transit, you are so far from any worthwhile sites that you end up spending 45-90 mins each way, everyday you want to go see some site in the city. The noise from the street and the amount of light that comes in through the windows prevents a good night sleep. Blackout curtains can help with this. There is no coffee maker, it's just a kettle that they call a coffee maker when you ask. The WiFi was completely useless the entire 2 week stay, we asked multiple times for a solution to this and nothing change. This was a big inconvenience as I work online. AVOID the airport shuttle! They convinced us to use this service and deceived us multiple times about the time it would arrive to pick us up, as well as telling us that they would take toll roads. Instead we found ourselves driving erratically through city streets for about 2 hours, almost causing us to miss our flight and adding a lot of extra stress to our day. All and all you don't get the services you would expect from a hotel and you'd be better off renting an Airbnb and saving the money.

Clean, spacious apartment, with perfect location. Staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. They helped with everything. 5 min walk to public transport, a huge supermarket. So many restaurants around. Across the property huge park, good for relaxing or walking. There are limited parking spaces in front of the property, if you cant catch one you need to park somewhere around. Still we always found space. But if you dont like parallel parking in tight spaces it can be a challenge.

Clean, affordable, and perfectly located! This place is surrounded by great establishments and is incredibly convenient for travel. We had zero issues with transportation. It’s rare to find such a well-maintained place at such a reasonable price in Istanbul. We would definitely stay here again! nothing

The property is new, clean, and specious. The day and night staff are fantastic and kind. The location is wonderful near to many restaurants and brand shopping stores. There is a park in front of the building that is convenient for family with kids. We got two apartment for one week and the apartments were equipped with all kitchen wares. There was a parking spot which was reserved for us. It was an excellent stay and we will book it again. There is no negative point.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, with modern décor. There is a lovely park nearby for walks, and plenty of good restaurants and cafés within walking distance. There is a fully equipped kitchen but no cookware or utensils to actually prepare food. The shower head was broken, and the breakfast was quite poor and could be improved.

Comfortable beds, comfy living space, not much public parking space but we got lucky with available spot in front of the hotel, generally it was a nice surprise, good park in front of the hotel, cafes and restaurants nearby No air conditioning in the smaller bedroom, only in the other 2 rooms

The room is clean, the service is excellent, and the hotel staffs are really nice always with good smile. Also it is very close to the Istanbul Expo Center.

The apartment is nice, well-furnished, and has a great location on a lively street. However, there are some disappointing aspects: there are exposed cables instead of proper outlets, no bedside lamps, the bathroom door does not close properly, and the bedroom door has no handle — if you close it, you can’t get out. There are also holes in the wall next to the bed. There is no mirror (or it used to be there but is now missing), and the headboard of the bed has fallen off, leaving only the frame. Very unfortunate!

Nice place good location but I got a different room than I booked unfortunately I didn't get a room with a balcony that I paid for I didn't get the double beds that I paid for. the difference in price was about 60€ unfortunately it wasn't refunded Staff said that I got a bigger better room but the fact is that I did not get what I ordered unfortunately I did not get double beds and I did not get a balcony which was the reason for choosing this hotel and the price was higher because of the balcony about €60 higher.

Clean rooms, great amenities, excellent location, friendly staff. There is some road noise in rooms with park view.
