there is construction work in front of hotel that makes severe noise which you aren’t relax and comfort also the room not matched with site’photos .

Location is close to the Istanbule Expo Center. Do not have many choice for the breakfast. The decoration of the room is old and not very clean.

I didn't like that they lie about the parking lot being free but unfortunately there is no hotel parking lot, only the parking lot around the street which never has free spaces. And you have to pay around 10 euros a day.

The rooms were clean. Location is ok. Found some of the staff not so friendly or welcoming. One example When I sat down for breakfast one of the staff was packing the food away & tidying up (while snacking himself) before I even had a chance to eat. Then asked me to leave the dining area to finish my coffee. Just thought he was unprofessional with a wrong attitude. The guy at the front desk was ok. The hotel is basic & dated, the room was ok. Pretty much what you'd expect for the price. Bed was fairly comfortable and room was clean. Although I did stay at a hotel 5 minutes away that was better with friendly & helpful staff & cheaper. Won't be coming back unfortunately.

All staff were ery friendly and helpful. The technicians and kitchen and cleaning staff were helpful,.Rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels. Thankyoh to the lady who advised us re the direct coach to the airport which sVwd us along of headache time and money . Recommded .

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter, and we really liked our room. It was clean and of a pretty normal size, which was comfortable for us. Other than that, the breakfast was very nice, and we had a great stay. Thank you! The only thing that could be improved is the lighting—it would be nice if it were a bit brighter.
