Even I lost my room card, they absorbed it without charging it to me. Breakfast has a big varity unlike most of nearby hotels

The staff were most welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel in the old city cannot be rated highly enough. easy walk some of the cities biggest attractions. Lack of western food items for breakfast. Though to be fair when travelling in a country with a different culture one should expect differences such as local fo0od offering. Experienced problem with overhead shower not working properly and forced to use the hand held shower head. Whilst this was unexpected it did not detract from a pleasurable stay.

It's a good hotel giving the price per night; the rooms are not very big (we had two deluxe rooms)but they're pretty nice and clean. Very good location, near The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, close to train station.

Luxx is located in the heart of Old Town, in walking distance to all the main sights, a small bazaar and numerous bars and excellent restaurants. We had a bedroom facing the main road and to our surprise, with close windows it was very quiet. The room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast is varied, with several home made dishes. The lights in the bedroom always had a glow, even when turned off. The room was never really dark, consider this if you have a light sleep. At breakfast, cold cuts, cheeses and the hot dog served with the scrambled eggs seem ultra processed. It would be nice to have fresher, local products.

Everything was perfect. Wouldn't change a thing.

The size of Deluxe King room was enough for 2 to place the luggage. There’s a closet and small fridge. I liked the counter under TV where you can place your stuff and a mirror to put a make up. We only stayed 1 night and asked for 2 separate beds which was provided to us. Nice lady serving the breakfast. I want to thank hotel personnel for our stay! The breakfast was not as nice as expected reading the comments. As mentioned by others the bathroom is quite small and you can see the dark stains on walls, ceiling. The white towels are obviously not washed with whites and become sort of grey... We had to pay for additional night as late check-out is not allowed for extra, and temp. luggage storage till 18.00. The price at Booking.com was better for another night, however, this option “miraculously” disappeared when told the staff, so had to pay the higher price in cash. We were out of place at 20.00.

Hotel was well maintained, clean Shahin was very pleasant and helpful Breakfast was nice. Easily accessible to main attractions. Generally a comfortable and pleasant experience Bathroom was really small

Awesomely colourful and tasty breakfasts - Asra is an amazing cook! Thank you!! Staff were helpful and very kind. Great location only 3 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque. Elevator to help mobility. The bathroom in our room was very small and they need to invest in new towels. Apart from that, all was great.

Really central location, near to all sightseeings, lots of cafes around. Not noise even though it is in central location. Very clean, friendly staff especially the lady who makes breakfasts (Azra) was really friendly. Breakfast is ally good. Recommend to stay.

The hotel is centrally located and a walking distance to most tourist attractions, there is a tram close by, the grand bazzar market is close by for all your shopping needs, there are lots of local restaurants (overpriced) and fast foods like McDonalds and Burger king close by. The food options at the hotel is adequate and always available. The bathroom could use a little refresh as some of the tiles and toilet bow is beginning to show stains. The bathrooms are clean enough but could be better. The rooms are small so you may need to be well organized.

The breakfast so good ..thanks to Madame Ashaa for atention with us , she cooking very well.
-
Everything was perfect. Friendly staff, clean and quiet room, They gave us post card as a gift in check out that made our stay more valuable
-
Friendly staffs The blanket need to be changed to a softer one
-
Location is the only thing to like Rooms really small and worn, breakfast was meh, once you enter the hotel you are directly in the breakfast area with a small desk/lobby in the end which did not feel welcoming, cleaning stuff lying around in the stairway, toilet seat cover was broken. Don't really reccommend this hotel, you can find much nicer ones in similar price range

We had an excellent stay! Our party was all vegetarians, and the breakfast options catered to our needs perfectly. We had s wonderful stay. The rooms were a bit smaller than they looked in the picture. But they were comfortable.
