The location is perfect for walking to the main sites, restaurants and shopping. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the water. Breakfast was tasty, with a large variety of options from which to choose. Great service!

Air conditioning was not working in my room. The bathtub drain was clogged and very slow draining. The glass encasing the bathtub should be a full glass door . Water was left all over the floor after each shower I took. Free breakfast should have more continental food items like yogurt, fresh fruit, butter and bread along with a toaster for the bread Bathroom setup and functionality

The staff were very friendly. The only reason we booked this room was because of the hot tub. But, unfortunately, the hot water ran out half-way while filling it up. I brought this to the attention of a nice man who went to the room and checked it. It was hot. But, again, as soon as we tried to fill it up at least above the jets, it was tepid. The hotel was very nice at some point but is thirsty for maintenance and an update.

Our family holiday left us with mixed impressions. We booked a spacious room with a jacuzzi and enjoyed a magnificent view of the Bosphorus. However, using the jacuzzi in the evening was impossible – the hot water simply disappeared, and unfortunately, the hotel staff did not respond to our complaints. Breakfasts were rather disappointing, with very limited options – there wasn’t even any yoghurt. That being said, the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! All the main attractions are within walking distance, making it a great base for exploring the city.

Old building. Nearby is reconstruction. Very bad sound isolation - you hear every step in the next room. Could not sleep. Breakfast is nothing- go to the closest restaurant better. Stuff tried to order a taxi but you better take any taxi in the street- they ordered taxi which faked me for 500 liras (staff promised 1600 but driver insisted on 2100) and went the wrong way and I was late to the airport (2 hours!!! Drive - impossible) and all that because of stuff help.

I generally love my visits to Fatih, the hotel was decent as it's imbedded in the culture of the city with quick access from the main attractions of the city. small and cozy. I stayed 2 nights and it served it's purpose nicely. Waking up to the sound of seagulls was new for me and the view into the sea got me to witness one of the most beautiful sunrises. I would also recommend the restaurant next to the hotel. I would question if I would stay 3 nights, the train, dogs and constructions were unexpected. breakfast was adequate. The hotel did mention they don't provide parking, that was a challenge. However, giving the staff credit. they were very accommodating and found me a parking as I checked in to the hotel.

It is an excellent hotel that we would recommend to anyone who wants to come and stay in Istanbul. He will enjoy his stay in a very central location with all the great monuments right around him. Beautiful building, splendid air of high architecture and design in furniture. The view from the two big windows is greatly nice to the city, Bosporus with ships, Ancient Walls and the gorgeous Lighthouse. Can and Mohamed at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is wonderful, genuine with direct service from the kindest employee. The cleaning ladies were very good, they changed towels every day and brought a lot of care products. When we come back to Istanbul, we will stay here! Until then, we will recommend it to anyone who visits the wonderful city All are beautiful! Bravi!
