Our Room and our friends were very comfortable, but the restroom was very small. The water heater was not working but they came and fix it immediately. The breakfast was not what we expected for the prices we paid but the staff were very attentive and try their best to assist us

Location is good. You have to wait for hot water for 30 mins, toilet drips constantly hence making noise 24/7, mouldy on faucets, internet doesn’t work and if it does work you have to be in specific areas of property. Diana is not turned on and when you wish to use it you have to wait hour or two, swimming pool is very cold. Roof top balcony is ridiculous and nothing like pictures. Staff cannot speak English at all, have to use google translate and without internet even that is impossible breakfast is few salads and a lentil’s soup and some days there is no bread too. One cannot have guests or friends visiting you in the property.

The room could have been cleaner, actually the floor from the bathroom was dirtier after the cleaner "cleaned", she left dirty shoe marks inside the shower and outside. The sink tap had very old water marks, the toilet had some broken marks, there was dust on the corners in the bathroom... The glasses on the lift were very dirty. They should either refurbish the hotel and clean it properly or lower the prices.

The rooms were not ready to be occupied. The room door was hanging off due to a loose hinge hence it kept banging with the door frame, the next door occupant threatened to kill me and my children as his sleep was getting disturbed. AC was not working, breakfast no juices and not much of a variety. Swimming pool not for kids and very cold. Staff very rude and ignorant. Give this hotel a miss not worth the money. My first impression hair in my toilet, mattresses all stained.

Good value for money. Very good location, clean and confortable beds with quality sheets. Breackfast with enough vatiety, free turkish bath and sauna, free pool (quite small). Helpful staff. Could use some renovation in the bathroom - falling out sink, clogged sink. Could use some attention to details like not having to ask for the towels and blankets that were missing. But, over all, I do recommend the hotel.

Dirty linen, dirty bathroom, smell of sewage in the room, dust, hair on the linen, moss on the walls in the bathroom, terrible noise and car signals, it was the first and the last time I was in this hotel.

Loved the location. Loved the staff, especially the morning front desk man. He gave great directions and suggestions and also allowed me to borrow his Istanbulkart to get around town that day. He saved me so much time and money with his recommendations. Pure kindness. The room could have been tidier. The floor was dusty, and one of the cups had clearly been used and not cleaned.

Location Staff members were rude, breakfasts are pure (it’s not a Turkish traditional, even European breakfasts). Last two days wasn’t hot water in shower and even in “spa”. Room was dirty, however cleaning was everyday.

Hammam Caring personnel Poor breakfast. Spoiled food because of hot temperature Lack of conditioning in restraunt. Hotel is really old and needs some repair to be done urgently!!! I was supposed to have a room with a sea view but mine was with a garbage view, later they changed it for me but previously lying that this room is busy and will be available in 2 days. Shower was leaking. We had water on the floor after shower. Very small room. No place for suitcase

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast did not include any kind of juice. In the room we had to several ask for the towels and toilet paper what was missing once we entered the room. Shower missed the second door and shower and toilet were not cleaned properly. The hotel, I believe, has a great potential by its location and also basic look, but the staff and manager has to take care more and also it needs more money to be invested. For the price what we paid I was expecting way more.
