The service was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, even with requests outside the usual scope. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall experience was wonderful. The rooms are a bit small especially with family. but i think this is fine for hotel in that area

Close to everything. Quite. Clean, friendly staff. Great food.

Location is perfect, short walking distance from the Blue Mosque and nearby attractions. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, the staff super friendly and facilities were great, including a nice rooftop restaurant with great views of the Bosphorus, tasty food and complete breakfast, a nice indoor pool and sauna. Nothing!

Excellent breakfast, veiw over the Bosphorus was incredible. Great location, easy to get to major tourist destinations and tram line, also not far from airport shuttle bus stop. Friendly staff, well equipped rooms. Room a little small, but that's expected in any old city so not a problem!

1. Location - in the old town, a few steps from Sultanahmet area or the sea front. 2. Comfortable room - very comfortable bed and pillows, great AC, room temperature was perfect for sleeping, blackout curtains. 3. Pool and saunas: open from 9 AM to midnight - awesome, my favorite thing about the hotel; the pool is small but it's nice to have the option; saunas were also great and very hot - perfect to relax after a lot of walking. 4. Wonderful staff - Turkish hospitality at it's finest. 5. Breakfast - rooftop restaurant is small but nice, food was ok (not 4 star) but deserts were awesome and varied. I enjoyed my stay, nothing to complain about the hotel itself, because it feels 4 star. There was a lot of noise from outside during our one night stay (people shouting). I don't know if this is a regular occurrence or just bad luck for us, but it was quite disturbing and made sleeping difficult even with earplugs.

Price fluctuation. I made reservation about a month ahead, which was way more expensive if I booked three days ahead (I became aware of this because our son decided to join us last minute)

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, a short walk to all main historical sights, restaurants and the tram. We had the corner bedroom and it was a good size with many windows, but most importantly it was quiet. The bed was comfortable and linens were also very nice. The hotel offered a Turkish breakfast with an excellent selection of anything that you might want for breakfast (sweet and savory options). The restaurant was on the rooftop and had great views of the city and the river. We loved the pool in the underground and the dry sauna. We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to go back.

Amazing rooftop restaurant! The room was clean but a tad bit small

My grandson and I stayed 3 nights. We were upgraded to a triple room, but it was still pretty small. Loved breakfast at the rooftop restaurant, and we ate dinner there too. The view was beautiful! The bathroom is small but the shower was good-sized and had great water pressure. Enjoyed our massages at the spa too. Room felt a little cramped but overall it was great. The location was great for walking to all the major historical sites. Felt safe enough but you have to be careful when walking on streets because of the scooters and taxi’s. Pedestrians do NOT have the right-of-way!

Room and bathroom were very small. Appropriate for one person, difficult for two.

The staff was excellent...helpful and welcoming...and the bed/room itself was comfortable. The restaurant was adequate. Unfortunately, the location of my room was problematic since there were stairs between the elevator and my room. I have bad knees and walk with a cane, so this caused me considerable discomfort. Also, my room was above/adjacent to a very noisy street/courtyard that had comings and goings all night that prevented me from sleeping.

The room was excellent, food exceptional, staff friendly and always willing to help.

We liked the room but the restaurant breakfast buffet ran out of food and for dinner the portions were minimal and the staff were speaking loudly on the phone in the dining room. See above.

Location is quite central View from the rooftop restaurant Bed was comfortable Clean Noisy, people talking late right behind our windows… Attitude of some receptionists not welcoming Breakfast doesn’t cater for food intolerances Spa disappointing (sauna and steam bath fine but very small but the bath is very cold and can’t really be enjoyed) Toilet flush not functioning properly Taking a shower results in a swimming pool in the bathroom (door not properly closing and with huge gaps)

Great location! Restaurant was excellent. Spa was wonderful. Room was small but very nice. We liked everything.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet was amazing and had a lot of choices everyday, the room service was also really good, the location was close to many big attractions, it was quiet in our rooms, there was a sauna/steam room/ Hammam/pool, and the staff was great. Our shower door would not open all the way but it was a minor inconvenience.
