Good location and friendly staff. No lift but the staff were helpful with the luggage.

Nice cute hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was fabulous and with an outdoor terrace. Only tip to request a room away from the main street/hotel main door. Noise can carry with an outdoor seating area for guests.

Perfect location to explore Istanbul. Quiet area. Lots of food choices nearby. Staff and hotel were wonderful! Alls good.

The walls were a bit thin so you could hear everything happening in the hall.

Location is great, three minutes walking to blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. The front desk staff is super friendly and professional.

The staff’s attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of providing hospitality, they showed a lack of respect and basic courtesy toward guests. There is no elevator in the hotel, yet the staff made no effort whatsoever to assist with carrying luggage to the rooms. Expecting guests to handle everything themselves without any support is simply not acceptable, especially in the hospitality industry. The level of service I received was far below standard. This was not just poor service it reflected a serious lack of professionalism and training.

The hotel was very well located, a few minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, and 15 mins walk to Topkapi palace, ferry and bazaars. There were restaurants a couple of minutes down the road that were nice. We had a family room that could accommodate 5 people, which can be difficult to find in a hotel, so we were very happy to find that. Breakfast was extensive and included hot and cold dishes, including a very delicious range of jams. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a traditional turkish hammam bathroom which was beautiful, although we just used the shower as normal. The bathroom was very warm, which was nice for showering but did heat up the bedrooms so we turned off the bedroom heaters and had the window slightly open, which made the temperature comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept extremely well. We had a great stay in Istanbul, its such a fabulous city. Nothing, although some fresh soft bread at the breakfast would have suited us.

They’re so helpful and friendly if am I visiting to Istanbul I’ll be comeback this Angel’s home Hotel.

Good variety of items to choose from. It would have been nice if the selection of cooked foods had been changed up a bit more Bathroom drains were smelly. Pipes seemed to start knocking at 3am

Conveniently located…quiet, but close to all amenities, very comfortable, delicious huge buffet breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend. The room was a little small in size, but very adequate and comfortable

This hotel is gem. This is a MUST stay for tourists. Its right in the area of all the major sites and a short walk to the T1 tram which goes through great parts of the city. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The entire place was spotless. My room was comfortable and modern. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I slept great every night. There is a smart TV in the room which allowed me to watch my favorite YouTube channels from my own account and Netflix when I was resting after my busy days, which was great, it brought the comfort of home since I was traveling alone. There is a cute rooftop with great views of the sea and surrounding area, including the blue mosque which is illuminated beautifully at night. There was a great breakfast every morning up there too. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I wish I was still there.... I would rate it higher than a 10 if that was possible. Do be careful if you cant navigate steps, there is no elevator. Which was really not a problem for me even though I suffer from a medical condition that severely effects my balance, The extremely, nice, helpful guys they have working there assisted me with my luggage and anything I needed going up or down the stairs without me even asking. If this property is available you must book here, will not be disappointed That I had to leave. I wish I was still there.

Room was comfortable (although not very big, and most importantly, it was easy to regulate the temperature to my liking.

Location Our rooms were on the 4th floor without elevator, the smell of the bathroom is terrible, the only good thing about the breakfast is with fresh fruits.

Perfectly on edge of all major points of interest but few blocks away from noise. Owner and all staff were incredibly gracious and helpful with all questions and plans. beautiful and delicious breakfast on rooftop terrace, overlooking water. nothing
