Overall wonderful stay! Excellent location, Helpful staff, nice breakfast and clean room.

Great location – convenient to all of the main Istanbul attractions. Most important was the staff from the front desk to the housekeeping and the restaurant team – all great!

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was perfectly located among many shops, restaurants, and interesting places. The staff were beyond amazing. They were so very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing lots of information about the area. Our room and bathroom were very nice. Very comfortable bed. The hotel provided free full breakfast and it was delicious. The restaurant on site was also open for lunch and dinner and the food was so delicious that we dined there for all meals. We couldn’t have asked for more. I wish hotels in the United States provided service like this! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Istanbul. We loved everything about the property.

The breakfast was really good. It was a buffet suitable for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The roof where it takes place has a nice view, overlooking Aia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. In general, it was really good. The room was large enough and very clean. friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff. Nothing wrong with this place, highly recommended. The price wasn't bad compared to what you'd pay in a city like Istanbul for a similar location.

Amazing location, staff and breakfast!

Breakfast was amazing with excellent views and variety. Location is right beside Blue Mosque and Haiga Sofia, Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good. Local Haman Spa was perfect. Traffic is complicated in this part of the city. Expect traffic jams going in and out.

Central location and still quiet

Now Had a bad experience with them, I requested 2 connected rooms but unfortunately they didn’t have that but what was promised to me is 2 rooms next to each other, but I was given 2 rooms, one to the left corner of the hallway and 2nd right corner of the hallway. They were very rude and unwilling to accommodate with anything better. I decided not to stay there but receptionist Furqan requested to stay tonight and request the manager to refund my money. I stayed and searched for hotel, next morning at 8:15 I was at their reception, manager then offered me a suit which was too late since I had booked another hotel and did not wanted to stay because of the rude behaviour. They showed in the pictures like a 5 star hotel but it was not, feels like apartment renting and lights were off at night. I was on a world trip and had 6 countries trip. They really ruined our mood and excitement, my kids had to stay in other room because of them and we could not even sleep because of it. They are now unwilling to refund me my money and I paid $1196.00 I offered them to keep for one night and refund me the remaining but I swear they are unwilling to even refund me anything. Worst hotel if anyone of you expect good experience!! Before making a reservation please check the rooms, they are playing shady games

Location is excellent. Literally a couple of minutes to Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace. Rooms are very small but they are more than sufficient for what they’re designed for, sleeping. Service is great. Everyone goes above and beyond to help. Turkish people’s hospitality is the best. You are their guests and they treat you as such. Rooms are very small but like I said above how much time do you spend in your hotel room.

Mold smell in the bathroom. Small rooms. Loud noises outside even though I requested a quiet room away from the elevator. Old building. The ceiling and walls need a renovation

It was so close to so many things we were looking for wedding dresses and this was close to Faithe stores and not far from Nishintasi. We did the hamam experience which was amazing and clean and don’t just take my word the ppl who came out before us booked another experience for later that week! The service was impeccable and ppl extremely kind. I’m write this so glad I listened to the reviews. It was a little small but I come from a town where rooms are a bit bigger. To me the hotel was a nice place to sleep we spent all our time outside of it.
