The only thing is the wifi is a little shoddy, so if you're expecting to have solid wifi on your trip, keep that in mind.

The toilet flushing kept acting up. It was repaired quickly, but failed again. Just a small thing though.

The location is great . The restaurant was nice as well. The sheets were very clean. The mattress was with big stains that my kids refused to use them. First the room was soooo small i didn’t even have space to pray. It didn’t have stairs and my room was in the 3d floor so I had to bring my luggage’s up and down alone with my 2 little kids. I asked for water since it didn’t have one single bottle . And they sold me a bottle of water for 160 Turkish lira. We called the hotel prior, I needed an extra bed for one more kid. They never answered neither me or booking.com and of course they were not helpful on site as well. They were aware that I had to do check out early because my flight for the next destination was at 10AM and it didn’t have breakfast at least for my kids. They offered to help me with the taxi and I was told that the price was increased in the last moment and the driver didn’t touch neither one of the luggages to put them in the taxi. This is the first time in my life i didn’t tip.

The room was clean, breakfast was good enough, staff very helpful. Excellent location. Early check in possible. Very quiet street. Good value for this price. Bathroom was too small. Some renovations needed. No slippers no bathrobe were provided

The location is great, close to Sultanahmet area and other attractions. The staff were friendly. There was mold in the room which caused us breathing problems. We had to sleep with our window open for 2 nights and we got a cold. I had to buy medicine to keep myself from not becoming super sick. This was the biggest problem! The room was super small, there was mold on the bathroom too and we struggled to get a shower due to the bad smell and water problems (hot&cold very unstable).

When I arrived, the staff at the counter helped me and my friends carry our luggage up the stairs to the third floor. The room is spacious and comfortable. Clean bathroom. The heater works well. The location of the hotel is close to Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. If it can be improved, the hotel owner can provide at least an electric kettle and some cooking utensils such as cups, bowls and ovens. There is a kitchen in the room but it cannot be used.

The location of the hotel means you can easily walk to many of the most interesting places in the city centre. The breakfast was also very good. Without being anything serious, the area is a bit noisy at night. The bathroom smelled a little bad.

You cannot get a better location. I have stayed at Hotel Han on 3 trips and its always what's expected, not perfect but comfortable clean and homely. Having the Barbecue restaurant at your doorstep is also great to end your day of excursions. Always a lot of fun with the friendly staff. Great access to the tram station that you can easily get around on to limit long walks. Although in that area that can also be a good thing. There will not be much to dislike about hotel han, if you don't like early morning chanting by the priests at the mosques it might be a problem for you.

Unfortunately the kitchen is not equipped (there is basically nothing but some cupboards and a fridge). The room is not well isolated and one ears the neighbors as if they would stay in the same room. The showers mixer is not working properly (shower fluctuates from hot to cold all the time).

Excellent location, nice area, old building but very clean. No lift so a little struggle if you have big suitcase
