Pool I was given ugly room (their biggest for my family of 4). It turned out to be the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had. Awful AC; lights, facility’s, bed sheets. Everything in old room was awful. Just why?! I booked 2 rooms and 1 family suit. Very disappointed with my stay, left after 5th night. It wasn’t refundable and I lost $$$ because had to move to another hotel and away from my parents. Stuff never cared about us, their guests. Very sad place.

Location only Very disappointing experience. I booked this hotel through Booking.com because the room was advertised as having two Twin beds and one sofa bed, which was important for my family. When we arrived, we were given a completely different room with one Queen bed and one rollaway bed. I complained at check-in, and the hotel told me that all rooms were full because it was late, but promised to change the room in the morning. The next morning, the manager refused to provide the room I booked unless I paid extra for an upgrade. The manager also told me that the bed configuration shown on Booking.com means nothing to them and that they can provide whatever room is available. The room itself was also not acceptable. There was only one window, and directly outside it was an external fire escape staircase connected to a lower-level room. Other guests were using that staircase to dry laundry, including underwear and socks, right outside our window. The pool was also very disappointing. The photos make it look much better than it really is. In reality, the pool was small, overcrowded, and not at all like the impression given by the pictures. Breakfast was also far below the level expected from a hotel with this rating. The coffee was terrible, and the food selection and quality were very poor. This was not the room I booked, not the room that was advertised, and not the level of service I expected. The hotel did not take responsibility and tried to charge extra to fix its own mistake. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families or anyone who needs the bed configuration shown in the booking description to actually be provided.

The location was great. Very close to major tourists spots. Great Turkish hospitality. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with great variety. Aynura, Sezgin, Salih were super hospitable made us feel right at home

Solo traveler. Upon arrival, l was upgraded to a family room. The additional space was fantastic. The terrace area adjacent to the dining area is a great place to relax. There is also a hookah cart that is managed throughout the day. Reza, the restaurant captain, provided fantastic service to me every single day, he was very attentive any time i was downstairs, and would be sure to greet me in the morning when I went down to breakfast. Breakfast was busy most days and they did a great job refilling the food as fast as they could. I got a negroni on my first day and Dominida remembered my drink order the following days. I ended up getting room service for a bottle of wine and Kadir, another captain, delivered it to my room, provided complimentary snacks and prepared the two glasses. Everyone working that i encountered was fantastic. On my last morning, the indoor breakfast area was very busy with limited seating - I opted to eat on the terrace - I received great service from Umut - he proactively made sure all of the other tables were clear and went above and beyond to make sure guests were taken care of. The lobby is photo worthy, many people enjoyed the pool area, and the location is very clean. This hotel is centrally located to any attraction you may want to see and is very walkable. I checked out on a Monday morning - Sultan at reception and their manager, Nader, helped me get a later check out time - despite the hotel being very busy. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a memorable experience and fantastic service. *Apologies if any names are spelled incorrectly I didn't have any issues

Great location, friendly staff and cleaning staff was exceptional! The guest relations and all the staff in the lobby were very helpful and friendly especially made our kids feel comfortable and welcome!

Wow what a welcome to the beautiful city of Istanbul. The welcoming from Gullu, Hasan, Bayram, Reyhan, Ezgt and Manager Nadir Muali warmed our hearts and elevated our honeymoon beyond a 10/10. Don’t stay anywhere else because this place will rejuvenate your soul and make you want to return time and time again. Should also mention the hotel is extremely well located with everything you need and more. Thanks for such an incredible stay and an amazing end to our honeymoon.

Too little space around bed in room 1007, no bedside table on one side of bed. Floor in room and in breakfast room needs refurbishment.

The food at both breakfast and dinner was fresh and tasty. Dinner is ordered from a menu, and the dishes can be customized to your preferences (for example, without spices or cheese). At breakfast, you can order freshly made omelets or fried eggs. The spa was very enjoyable, especially the hammam. The staff there were welcoming and professional. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The lobby is comfortable and a great place to relax. !!!! The highlight of our stay was the restaurant staff member who served us at dinner (unfortunately, we didn’t catch his name). He always greeted us with a wonderful smile and provided incredibly attentive service. He truly made our evenings special and brightened our mood every day. He was such a genuinely kind person that he almost made us forget all the hotel’s shortcomings. ? We hope the hotel management reads this review and recognizes his outstanding work. 1) We originally booked a triple room, but when we arrived, we discovered that the window faced a dirty, rusty wall with virtually no view at all-not even the sky was visible. We were told that a room with a better view would cost an extra €30 per night. After a long discussion, the concierge kindly found us another room with a much nicer view. 2) The bed sheets on all three beds had noticeable stains, which was disappointing. 3) The swimming pool was extremely cold, even though the outside temperature was around 30°C. 4) Only one roll of toilet paper was provided at a time, even though there were three of us staying in the room. 5) The breakfast coffee was very poor. The only options were instant coffee from the machine or weak black filter coffee. On the positive side, there was a good selection of milk options. 6) No bathrobes
