The location was very good. At first, the room was clean, but on the third day, we noticed that the housekeeping staff did not change the bed sheets but only rearranged them. After that, we noticed that they did not clean the floor daily, which caused us great dissatisfaction because there were excavation works on the adjacent street. However, when I complained to the receptionist, the situation improved significantly. Regarding the room, it lacks several things: There is only one power outlet in the room, so we couldn’t charge our phones at the same time. There is no trash bin to dispose of waste. The air conditioning sometimes did not work. The windows were not sufficiently insulated, so there was a lot of noise from vendors and the excavation works. The small fridge in the room had a very bad smell and only worked when I put the room card in the electronic holder, so the fridge would turn off as soon as I left the room. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was not clean enough. As for the location, it is excellent, close to the metro and the market, and the staff were kind and understanding.

The location was very good near from everywhere bus station, metro and Tram .. also, the breakfast was very good and the hotel is new There was basically two problems. The first thing the room size was very small annoying when we move in the room specially for adults. I don’t understand how they designed this rooms . Second thing is the electricity points .. There is only three points in the room, one for the TV one for the fridge and want to use it beside one bed even the kettle point is hidden behind the table and you can’t move the table because of room size. The bathroom door won’t open so you won’t use the kettle that was an annoying point. I hope they can fix those two points because the hotel is nice

Location, breakfast and the cleanliness is superb! A little upsetting was the early morning guy at reception and the only cash payment.

A very nice hotel in the historical part of Istanbul, walking distance to all major sites of interest. Very helpful personnel, open to all requests. The bed was very comfortable. Safe-box in the room. Transfer from the airport, but also the hotel can call you a normal taxi. Free Turkish coffee in the lobby is a super bonus to the guests! Not soundproof, although we felt it only in the night when some guests returned late and obviously did not think that every their move and sound can be heard by people around.
