The staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived, and our room was clean. They were always quick to help with anything we needed. Special thanks to Murat and Abdo for their prompt and friendly service. We would definitely stay here again.

Great, central location. 1 minute walking to tram station and You can easily go to all touristic places with tram. Breakfast is excellent, tasty, many choices. Room is clean and comfortable. Safe area. Very lovely, helpful, kind staff. Especially I am sending my regards to Mr Abdo and Mr Murat and all other hotel staff. They are always smiling and shining positive energy. Thanks for all. The customer service was excellent especially Mr.Abdool ( way more than a customer relation officer) he will the max to make our stay as comfortable as possible & also suggested places to visit , where to eat & how to travel : Mr Aziz the front desk manager was also extremely helpful, polite & will go out of his way to make your stay a success // our 10 nights went smoothly & we intend to stay there again next year room was a bit small but we were freely upgraded to a more roomy one

Great location, high quality throughout and, truly, world class staff! Murat went out of his way to enable me to use the hammam even though it was already reserved, Sohrat provided a very warm initial welcome with very helpful tips and even gave us a free room upgrade! With a shoutout to Abdul. Breakfast was very good and the balcony terrace was a great way to get some morning sun

He made sure to listen and accommodate every request we had. We had an issue with our room (windows were not closing properly and we couldn’t sleep) but he offered us a different room the next day. Windows not closing completely therefore you can hear most of the things going in outside

Very friendly staff & the first say I woke up at 10am , and eventhough i passed the breakfast time , the staff called the kitchen to stay open for us and the staff waited and extra hour for us to finish which we appreciate alot. They helped with our baggages & super friendly. Very clean & quiet eventhough we were staying in a very busy neighborhood ❣️?? N/A

I enjoyed the sauna and the breakfast on the rooftop. The location was good walking distance to the university and not too far from other major historical sites. I appreciated being given a tea upon arrival. I was disappointed that I booked the spa and they hadn’t turned on the steam room and sauna in advance. I had even checked with the front desk the morning of. I had to be somewhere just after my allocated time slot and this was frustrating.

Perfect location near to all public transportation facilities. Great value for the price. Staff were so friendly and helpful especially Mr (Abdo) ,really he made everything to make our stay perfect. Room is little bit small.
