We arrived about five hours before the official check-in time, and the staff gave us our room immediately without any waiting. That was very kind and professional. The bar in the room was very nice and updated every day The room was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. They even offered us free caffe and tea in the hotel bar which we didnt have time to try but it eas nice of tjrm I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended – 10/10.

Great hotel, convenient location, and helpful staff

Clean Nothing

We had a quick stopover in Istanbul where we needed flexibility with early checking. Mr. Ahmed was very helpful and courteous with the process. It was my third time staying at the hotel and it has always been a good experience. More work on furnishings and fittings

The location is great. Heater was leaking and it took a long time for staff to respond. There were tissues underneath the curtains. Housekeeping needs to do a better job. Overall, the facilities need some updates.

Location Room was extremely small considering the price. Couldn't even open a suitcase without putting it on the bed. Internet was not secure and was horrible on and off constantly and when it was working you couldn't get anywhere. It took them 3 days to get our refrigerator working. Temperature in the shower was either cold or extremely hot.

This location is walking distance to many of the main attractions. Very convenient! The staff members are very hospitable and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is amazing! In a big city like Istanbul, getting 4 people in a room can be a bit crowded. I didn’t mind as much, but 4 of us was a bit tight, however, we were out for most of the day so it didn’t matter as much.

The shower was excellent- nice size and had powerful dual water sources. Room also was good size, nicely decorated and had a small fridge. Bed was comfy. Breakfast buffer was, well, adequate. Not much variety . There are several dishes, but many held the same thing. Eight of the platters had cheese. Even more numerous were plates of bread toppings- jams, jellies and some unrecognizable spreads. Dried fruit too - lots but very very dry. Food was overall far too salty. We tried each of the many varieties of olives. But they were so salty we couldn't eat them. We're Italian so we know how olives should be seasoned. Hot food was not hot - barely even tepid. It didn't help that the lids are left open. Concerning too were the flies buzzing around and landing. The young Lady in charge was lovely and friendly but didn't speak English. Difficult to communicate with her. Especially problematic because we had questions about some of food ingredients . Night receptionist who checked us in was not friendly, certainly not welcoming or sympathetic. We arrived late in evening exhausted, and told him we were anxious to get to sleep. Another couple came while he was registering us, and he turned his attention to them to take care of them first! Bathroom needs work. Tap leaked. Mould everywhere- wall caulkings and floor grout as well. Hallway carpets are old tattered and stained. The carpet in our room, like in the hallways, needs a deep cleaning . Pillows were small, flat and offered no support . Noisy! We expected some street noise, but it was excessive. It's worse throughout the night and wee hours because of it's directly across from a police station. Sirens from Emergency vehicles went off regularly. Warning to those mobility impaired. It is definitely not ADA compliant. There are sets of 3/4 stairs to traverse anywhere you go - even to/from elevators because they service two floors stopping in between floors. Also, there are many uneven surfaces or "lips" to navigate. They are not flush. Btw we got stuck in elevator once.

Free breakfast buffet good enough for a few days, 24 hour coffee, tea, water & hot milk, friendly staffs, kitchenette & big shower. There is a writing desk in room (serve as shelf I think) but no chair goes with it. There are 2 small sofa with a low table. Hotel is in a narrow alleyway so no views whatsoever even on top floor. It also has a helpful small lift but not accessibility compliant per se due to up/down steps to get to it. Location is far from historical downtown but close to new town center (Taksim)

Convenience to istiklal street.

The room was ventilated very well with windows. The location was great, we were like 2 minutes away from the Taksim street. The narrow alleys around the hotel were lovely. The breakfast was great and absolutely worth the value. They had this lovely space in the kitchen, which was 24/7 open to have coffee and tea, and a lovely space for smoking with fountains and everything. We had an amazing family stay there with no problems. Sometimes the door card wasn't functioning properly, we had to return to the reception a few times but they were also there for us, so nothing major really.
