The room and bathroom was spacious. Hotel staff were kind and accommodating to requests. Cleaning staff were very nice and did a great job with daily cleaning and leaving my girlfriend and I nice arrangements. Location was close to İstiklal Cd. (Taksim main tourist street) but far enough away to not be disturbed by late night noise. Breakfast was standard fare, well prepared with plenty of options, and changed daily which included some Turkish dishes. The breakfast eating area was on the 6th/top floor(?) with beautiful view overlooking the city with views of Galata Tower and Blue Mosque and Haiga Sofia in the far distance.

location is ideal but only issue is taxi will drop you around the corner which some time with extra luggage is a hassle.Reception staff is super sweat and helpful, a big plus is super size room.Definately my first choice in my future visits. Breakfast needs some improvement by adding dairy products like yogurt etc

Quiet, Spacious, Clean, Friendly and professional staff. Location is perfect for Taksim area. Nothing, everything is great.

The king suite with balcony and jacuzzi was just a perfect complement to our stay in Istanbul. Good value for the money. Not extra luxury,older apartments with a hotel touch, they still need to fix some details. Friendly staff, more Turkish style than the European style of breakfast buffet. Amazing view from 6th floor roof terrace restaurant area on the highlights of Istanbul. Cleaning ladies are very pendant on details. Very centric, Taksim tram just around the corner. Super comfy bed and nice bathroom. In general, a good hotel to stay for a couple of days as you spend more time out enjoying the city! Balcony doors,(1 of 3 balconies) don't close well, so in February cold weather is passing cold air under. Luckily there is an AC, so you can heat up the room. Broken furniture, TV just don't have a signal. It's a busy area, be aware of turkish night life till late am hours. Cushions could be better, but we got used to it after the first night. Location was great, very close to Istiklal and Taksim Metro. Room was spacious and clean, bed very comfortable, breakfast buffet divers and very good (they had good menemen sometimes,too) Pictures on booking.com also accurately represent the property. Bathroom looked quite used, some broken hoses and non functional valves, mirrors with marks etc. but everything still worked quite well. The TV was useless, a smart tv would be better.

I stayed for 6 days here with my family and we had a really great time. The staffs were very kind and helpful, and the location itself it’s very strategic.

Excellent location and a very clean, spacious room. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful—hospitality clearly seems to be a top priority here. Breakfast was also excellent with a great variety.

Location was wonderful, with a lot to see and do nearby yet quiet in the hotel. Breakfast was superb and abundant. The suite was extremely spacious and comfortable.

Definitely the location was the best thing. Very close to everything. There was a very beautiful restaurant on the first floor which had the best Turkish food and it was always open. Nothing.

The room was ideal for me as a solo traveler and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located in the PRIME area in Instanbul close to the main streets and shops also. Keep in mind that the main area is approximately 40mins from the airport.
