Location was good, 2 receptionist guys are nice, supermarket şok was 2 mins way where we used to buy 10l water bottles and some food, also liked that room was divided to 2 sections, sleeping part and like a guest part where we used to drink a tea. Me and my mom had a one week new year vacation, we appreciated that there’s a fridge and kettle, in general I’d say that usually hotel for us it’s only to sleep and to take a shower. Old building, but actually I’d say that the only BIG problem that this hotel has is a HOUSEKEEPING LADY, she literally doesn’t do her work, it feels so uncomfortable to ask her to do smth, she looks like I’m asking her to clean my nose lol. maybe because she’s the only one there, but it’s not a big hotel, also she probably doesn’t know that Kazakh language is Turkic and I can understand what she says in Turkish:) You can just see screenshots and feel my pain, I was so excited, then I saw this disgusting hair everywhere, I mean I’m not talking about that it’s dirty, I mean it wasn’t even cleaned, she just changed bedsheets and it also had a lot of hair, for 7 nights we stayed she never came to clean or at least to take a trash, I always did it by myself, I’m not even talking about changing sheets and towels, I was chill and but waiting for whole week to write this review like I was waiting for my bday! I asked her once just to wipe the floor, I was on the bed and she didn’t even enter to the bathroom. I worked in hotel for 1 year and I’m very respectful for that work, we left everything clean and organised. Btw window was broken and wasn’t possible to fully close it, so it was windy (it’s January) and super noisy.

Location in terms of accessibility. 1. Cleaning service is bad. You have to ask them to clean. Wardrobe of towels is accessible by everyone. 2. No lift till second floor 3. Window opens on the wall of the other building 4. Noisy if there is anyone next to your room 5. I had an incident and i was obliged to reschedule my flight due to war in Lebanon. Booking was understanding and the staff showed me flexibility. However, when Ive asked for a partial refund on the app they did not reply direclty and just say that they cannot do anything. Would not recommend it.

Very well located. The room is quite big! It’s a perfect place with a very good quality/price ratio! I highly recommend this hotel!

It was very clean No proper shower gels the lift starts from the first floor The radiators weren’t working And curtain in the room came off and was hanging down

Location wise it was great and it was close to everything. (Update Oct 6 : I received a message from the hotel saying how disrespectful I was and how they don’t deserve the rating of 1 that I gave them. How rude!!!!!!!!) HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! Room service was bad and they did not cleaned the room for the whole the period of the 5 days that we stayed in. They didn’t supply us with shampoo. The room was very old and it did not look like the photos. The room was very old and again, IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS! The view was horrible and there was no elevator. They should have mentioned about the elevator!

Nice, helpful and friendly receptionist. Comfortable room, clean and fresh bedding. Perfect location. The furniture is old, toilet not very clean.
