I came at 01:00am it was closed . So i payed money without staying there and i texted them no one answered me

The staff are very nice and welcoming unlike other places, their view is mesmerizing, clean and fun people around, highly recommend!

It needs to be little good but it was just okay. The room definitely. Water stuck in the shower area absolutely unhygienic. The toilet is literally in the shower area and it never drys. The room had no dustbin.

All the staff were exceptionally welcoming, kind, and attentive, creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Their genuine care and professionalism made me feel completely at home, and they are the main reason I would choose to return to this hotel. The location is also ideal, as it is within easy reach of public transportation and only a short walk from the historic Sultanahmet landmarks. I also loved the evening activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable and offered wonderful opportunities to meet new friends from all over the world. It was great.

The location is excellent, close to the main tourist attractions and the Grand Bazaar. I was lucky to find a free parking space in front of the hotel for my car. The hotel staff speaks English well, especially the receptionist at the entrance. The breakfast was good and the bar is open during the night. We were accommodated in a room on the ground floor, near the entrance, and the main hall is locked at night with a metal grille without a damper. Unfortunately, starting in the evening, everyone who arrived at the room forgot that the metal grille has a habit of slamming itself against the lock frame, so throughout our stay I was able to count accurately (and unintentionally, of course) how many people returned from the city during the night. Also, the bathroom maintenance could have been better.

Absolutely nothing positive – never even consider this hostel (My girlfriend also raised this issue with Booking.com in Japanese. After that, one of the hostel staff, who became aware of the situation through the messages, sent us a highly inappropriate and offensive reply. Please read it if you ever think about booking this hostel.) I had one of the worst hostel experiences here, and I feel it’s important to share honestly for other travelers. •Room change without consent: I booked a specific room with a balcony view, but upon arrival, I was moved without my agreement to a basement room. The basement room had a broken sink, clogged toilets, a broken locker, and a strong unpleasant smell. It was nothing like what I reserved, and I felt very disappointed. •Inconvenience during stay: The hostel forced me to check out at 11 am on the second day, pack all my belongings, and wait until 2 pm to check into another room because the room hasn’t been ready yet. This ruined my travel plans for the day and caused unnecessary stress. • Unfriendly and inappropriate staff behavior: During check-in, while I was handing over my passport, the staff suddenly asked me “China?” Even after I explained I was Korean, they kept asking me in Japanese. What was even more inappropriate was that they asked me about another Japanese guest’s name and tried to look it up on GPT, delaying the check-in process. •Lost belongings: After going out in the morning, I returned to find my bed had been remade and some of my personal items (towel and clothes) had disappeared. When I reported this, the staff simply said they would “ask the cleaner tomorrow,” with no apology or compensation. •Offensive response to my complaint: When I raised these issues, the staff blamed me personally, saying I lacked “English ability” and “social communication skills,” which was insulting and unacceptable. •False report to Booking.com: After all this, the hostel even reported me as a “no-show” in an apparent attempt to block me from leaving this review. That alone shows how they try to silence negative feedback. I travel often and use Booking.com a lot, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The facilities, staff behavior, and the way problems were handled made me feel unsafe, disrespected, and deeply disappointed.

The breakfast was fine for me. I ate enough to fill up so I didn't really need lunch. My room was comfortable and had a fantastic view. I just wish there had been a table in my room and something to rest the suitcase on.
