A litte small rooms. But price and location are unbeatable.

It was great! It would have been much better if staff spoke English a bit more.

The location A lot of stairs

The stay was perfect for our trip to Istanbul. The hotel has an excellent location, just 8 minutes walking from the nearest tram stop and about 15 minutes on foot from Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich, fresh, and more than sufficient. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was quite ordinary but good. Very accommodating staff. Cleanliness was also very good. In near proximity of major landmarks of sultanahmet Breakfast was ordinary. Room sizes very small. No elevator, climbing to 3rd floor and above on stairs with heavy lyggage was a nightmare. Street outside has proper climb like a mountain street. Wifi in room had serious connectivity issue being out of signal

It was a scam. There was nothing what to like. The hotel promoted on booking looked nothing like the actual hotel we stayed. Our room was in the basement, very dirty and to access it you had to crawl some narrow dark corridors where you could easily get lost. The license for this hotel should be revoked Everything. Rooms were dirty, breakfast was bad, the building itself didn't look like a hotel but more like an abandoned warehouse from a horror movie.

The location is very good. Breakfast was amazing. Murat abi was very helpful we really appreciate his help and how he took care of us as we were two girls alone. Everyone was doing their best. We check in very late and we had someone waiting for us. .

Rooms was clean, always tidy. Good location. The room was very poor. So small that there wasn't even space to put a chair. The toilet was terrible: broken, and the water from the shower didn't run. The only good thing was that upon request, they changed the room, which was definitely better. Dinning area in the hall. Breakfast was very meager, always the same, and when something ran out, they didn't refill it. No fruits, bagels cut into pieces, no variety.

The experience with the property was great. The staff was very welcoming and kind, always available. The rooms were clean and the location was very good. I recommend visiting the property.

The room we were brought in was in a different building. We have to go down too many flights of stairs then go up another flight of stairs in another building. There was not enough cutlery in the kitchen for 3 people. Other than that, the staff are nice & helpful & they clean the room everyday & change towels everyday.

Location was amazing, everything was 5 minutes away by walk. Breakfast is out of this world. Literally everything you can imagine. Exceeded all my expectations. Warm rooms and very comfortable bed. Window wasn't closing properly, there was cold air coming from the window due to it not being able to close all the way. Also I have had an ant problem. No idea where they came from but it wasn't pleasant.

The location was located at peaceful neighbourhood. It was walking distance to the tram and places to visit such as Grand Bazaar, Hiaga Sophia Mosque, Blue Mosque etc. It is understandable that place was hilly area but the road or street is not suitable to carry luggage if you're planning not to use taxi to go to the hotel.

The bathroom was pretty We got there at 11pm and check in was okay. We then realised there is no lift and had to carry our luggage up 3 floors with steep narrow stairs. We then got to our room and it was freezing cold. The air con didn’t work and radiator was freezing cold. I contacted the receptionist and they said they can’t do anything because they’re fully booked. We spent our night sleeping fully dressed(aka hoodies hoods up) and were still cold. We then complained again in the morning (9am) and was told to pack our bags leave the key with them as they’ll move us to another room at 12. We came back at 2pm to find the room wasn’t ready and was told to go get our luggage (down 3 flights of stairs). Then waited and got told to go up another 3 flights of stairs (with our luggage) to then find that the cleaner was still in the room. Once she was finished there was no apology from her she just walked out. The whole stay noone apologised about us having to wait, carry out cases, be freezing cold. Absolutely nothing. Also the breakfast. Everything was always cold and unflavoured.

the breakfast was very delicious

The price of £162 for a week was absolutely tremendous. The location was great too - just a few minutes walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the T1 tram route. Excellent restaurants nearby as well. My room was very warm and comfortable during a cold and wet week. Breakfast was fine too. And 24 hour reception was a big help as I arrived at 2230 one night and left at 0520 the following week. The hotel entrance is below street level and the steps down to it were very steep. With a lot of rain the entrance was slippery. Perhaps a rail could be installed to help residents.
