Персонал может говорить на русском и английском языке. Красивое место в старом городе, с мощёными улочками. Близко к самым интересным достопримечательностям. Приветливый персонал. Дали карту, посоветовали куда сходить — интересные достопримечательности, места, где вкусно и недорого. Дали транспортную карту для поездок на транспорте и посещения туалета. Очень разнообразный и вкусный завтрак, шведский стол. Хороший чистый номер, удобные кровати и подушки. Чистое бельё и полотенца. Каждый день уборка в ваше отсутствие и смена полотенец. В номере есть чайник. Посуду, чай, кофе и воду дают в номер. У нас из всех окон номера был вид на море, очень приятный. Недалеко от моря, можно бегать по утрам по набережной. Тапки, шампунь и гель для душа, мыло — всё есть. В номере вешалки, сейф и холодильник. В ванной есть полотенцесушитель, но он в зоне душа (могут попасть брызги). Можно добавить еще крючков - например, на дверь. Было бы удобно перед приемом душа снять и повесить грязную одежду, чистую одежду. В нашем номере был непривычный и, с мой стороны, неудачный дизайн ванной комнаты: сначала раковина, затем душ (сливное отверстие в полу), далее из душевой еще одна дверь в туалет. Чтобы попасть в туалет, надо идти по мокрому полу через душ. Вентиляция работает очень хорошо, и пол сохнет быстро. Но я не посоветую такой layout - есть опасность поскольнуться, намочить носки/тапочки.

The property is extremely clean and the staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. Perhaps the most helpful staff I have ever encountered, including larger chain hotels. Because of the small roads in the Old City, it can be tough for taxis to make it to the property. We had to walk a short clock with our bags, which is very minor inconvenience

Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, they gave us a brief but very useful presentation about the city, which was a fantastic touch. The breakfast was fresh with a great variety. The location is perfect, close to all the Sultanahmet sights, the tram, and a PTT ATM.

Zeyn is centrally located in the old district. It’s about a 15 minute walk to many of the historic sites. At first, street access to the hotel Can make arrival a challenge. But its location makes it a quiet setting.

Location and food Rooms are super small

Every member of the staff goes out of their way to make sure you get a great stay and a great experience visiting Istanbul. Their breakfast buffet has so many great options and is a window into the Turkish gastronomy. Excellent location, within 10 minutes walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Topkapi Palace, and also the metro station. Lots of restaurants and stores in the area. The facilities are pretty standard for Europe, but they are clean and conformable.

Our stay was good in all ways! The room was super clean, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast was good with plenty variety. The staff made us feel very welcomed, sharing tips for the city and going above and beyond to make us comfortable. They’re so friendly that made our stay here one of the best in our trip!

What a lovely staff! We stayed here for five nights and were greatly impressed by the hospitality of the desk staff and owner. Upon arrival, we were asked to sit down so the staff could mark up a map he provided with recommendations of where to visit, and not just the places everyone knows. He also loaned us a transit card to save us the expense of buying one; I love how they essentially pass these rechargeable cards from one guest to the next. Each day upon leaving and returning, we chatted with the staff, as well as the manager when he was there. They are so friendly, genuine, and helpful. Another highlight was the included Turkish breakfast buffet. An amazing array of items each day. It’s the most impressive breakfast buffet we’ve ever had in Europe. The location is good, close to Sultanahmet Square but away from the noise and crowds. The area is full of three-star hotels but doesn’t feel overrun. A smaller restaurant district is also nearby. Just prepare to walk up and down the hills on the cobblestone streets! The room was good, not fancy but serviceable and with no flaws. There’s an in-room kettle and small closet. As is typical for this type of hotel, there’s no in-room sitting area. It’s a great place to stay when visiting the old city of Istanbul. Nothing
