The hotel location isn't good, noisy and dirty

The Staff was amazing. The girl at the front desk was very helpful she communicated with us well and they were all very nice the location was ok Metro bus D16 is the one you want to take and it stops near the hotel. The room had a cigarette smell even though it was non smoking. The windows in the room kept most of the road noise out but I feel like a second window to really cancel the road noise would be best it is right off the highway. Those were the only draw backs

I just stayed at Classes Hotels in Istanbul in Pendik. It was my 2nd time and I must say it exceeded my expectations. First of all, what a great service and team. Makes your stay pleasant and enjoyable. I arrived late to the hotel at ,10 45 am. Was hungry and tired. The breakfast finishes at 11 am. However and after I told the Hotel team that I'm tired and hungry, I was allowed to enjoy their delicious Mediterranean breakfast . Great people sang great team. Very welcoming and accomodating. Secondly, it was early to check in. However, I was allowed into my newly refurbished room early. Thirdly, as I stayed here last year and construction works were going on, I was checked in into a nice studio. The room was lovely with parket floor, brand new fridge, windows and furniture. Although the room was small, yet bigger than normal hotel room, it had everything you would need for your stay inclusive of a tiny safe deposit box. Fourthly, the house keeping is great. Wether you want it every day or never during your stay. Everything is provided for on request at zero costs. Fith,, the security is great. No-one can enter your room without security's knowledge and your permission. Six, the hotel is located close to airport, restaurants, night club, shopping centres and convenience stores. Basically, a great hotel at great rates and close to airport.

Room was fine looking, size was ok, by design good. Breakfast was better then I expected. Coffee was very good for Turkish breakfast standard There were several important " details" what made our stay very uncomfortable: 1. Condition of shower was horrible in terms of cleaning, it was really disgusting and not cleaned properly for very loooong time 2. Our visit was mid October, so kinda cold during nights and we were provided just very thin uncomfortable blanket, what felt like big towel or thin carpet. So we slept at sweaters, thick socks etc to don't freeze. 3. Incorrect information - hotel is advertising to be very close to airport, in reality it was 11 km. We were told breakfast is only till 10, what is ok, just since we arrived late during night, we would prefer to sleep longer. In reality breakfast was there ever after 11 and several people came that late. So don't understand why nobody told us.

Breakfast was ok, however it was with limited choices as we were staying for 6 nights, it became very boring to eat same thing every day. There was no live cooking station either. The rooms were clean, however small and facility overall is old. Like everything in Turkey has become overpriced in the past few years, we didn't find a good value for money. Better choices in breakfast. Improve the room furniture, bathroom fittings as everything was old. The shower area had a water leakage, resulting in water running in the whole bathroom each time someone had a shower.

The night reception was nice . Also there was a cozy terrace. The day receptionist was simply rude and very unfriendly. Although we had a booking they made us wait for 20 minutes to find the proper room for us. The breakfast wasn‘t really satisfactory and they didn’t feel the empty dishes in the buffet.the toilets were liking water everywhere EVERytime we flushed .

The description on the web site was said that this hotel located near airport. I was very happy with it . But when I arrived to Istanbul I had to pay 110 EUR to get there . Thanks to Turkish airlines services they booked for me hotel 10 minutes away from Airport what is my airplane arrived . I contacted hotel to cancel my reservation and they refused to do it . Very confusing description on web site …I am sure it will be more people like me to get it this situation. There are two airports in Istanbul and it was not clear about it . Located far away from International airport

Not too far from SAW airport. You will find everything you need with in 2 mins walk from hotel. Staff was nice and helping. Breakfast was very good. Noise. Hotel is located close the busy local and highway lanes.

Matrass was comfortable. It's only 18 minutes to airport (by taxi). For breakfast I would have fruits, but there were no fruits.

The hotel is right next to a highway and the window insulation isn't good. So you hear the cars at night quite loudly. Plus, the fire alarm was blinking a green light all night - which together makes it uncomfortable to sleep. Also there was a draft coming from the windows. This is alright temperature-wise (the AC is powerful), but it tells you how bad the insulation is. The shower is also badly designed. The bath floor easily got wet after one shower as there was quite some leakage. The breakfast was subpar - the olives were clearly past their due date and the bread was stale. On the plus side, the staff were helpful and the place is very clean. Would not even recommend for one night as you wait for a flight from Sabiha Gokcen Airport (as we had).

Very helpful staff, good location near the airport, there are many cafes and shops nearby. Bed linen and towels could be cleaner and newer. It would be great option to get a lunch box with breakfast if you are leaving the hotel before breakfast starts.
