For me, the rain shower was worth the whole stay. It was the best shower I’ve ever had :)

the one bright spot of our stay was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive. A special shoutout to Rajab, who went above and beyond to address our concerns and ensure we felt welcome. We recently stayed at the Collage Taksim Hotel and were quite disappointed with many aspects of our experience. The facilities were in poor condition, and the room plugs and equipment were either not functioning properly or outdated. The breakfast was far below expectations, with very limited variety. Additionally, the hotel did not provide enough coffee and tea for two people in the room, which felt inadequate.

it was a vey cosy hotel, clean, i liked very much the design, the sraff was very friendly and helpful (i made a mistake during booking and realised in the morning of departure that i want to stay more). the breakfast was nice but and enough, but could had been there a little twist to add more local specialities and less staff what you can buy everywhere. But it was all good.

Small lift and breakfast can be better with more options.

Got a room with 2 single beds joined together. Extremely uncomfortable with the gap in the middle. When complained to the staff, staff said that we should book a 5 star hotel. Paid extra to book city view but got a room with a back view with buildings all around. The room and carpets are very old and not very clean. Close to several clubs and pubs with loud music till 4am. Thankfully only booked for 3 nights. Only good thing was that it’s close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street.

Difficult to communicate with staff, poor customer service, poor quality breakfast.

The breakfast was good, the staff were speaking English Very very very noisy, a lot of night clubs surrounded by the hotel, don’t recommend at all if you have children.

Great location, very close to Istiklal, Beyoglu cafes, bars and restaurants, sweet shops, and such. The hot water was great. One of the staff people working there, a tall sort of handsome guy, was very honest and fair during our stay. The coffee was pretty good. I found it very amusing that there was a ceiling in our bedroom over the two twin beds. To be fair, honestly, the price wasn't that bad for high season and the location, but we did expect a bit more. House music all night long going on outside until dawn. The refrigerator didn't work, so everything inside it was room temperature (and in July, that means hot) - and also meant we could not store cold beverages there. It was stuffy in the room, and it could definitely use a fixture update and deep clean. Many fixtures (eg shower area) were not fully clean. One of the staff people (a shorter, bald guy with stubble) tried to overcharge us for taxis and upsell services we did not want. The beaded curtain in the room was very light so it was very easy to see in or out. The breakfast was not very appetizing or filling - it was easily the most lame of my entire month travel in Turkiye - just a lot of bread on most days, no menemen, and very few hot items. The watermelon wasn't ripe.
