Great location This little hotel is situated just right next to Taksim square. The location is excellent. The reception is operated by the owner. We rented a family room located in the basement. The room was accessed via a very steep spiral staircase leading to the basement. The room was very dividing, full of stairs, no windows and very simply furnished. The room is not suitable for guests over 60 or guests with reduced mobility. The beds are Japanese style mattresses based on the floor, which was a big problem for my almost 80 year old mother. The bathroom is small but quite nice, just needs some repair. The hotel does not provide breakfast. We only used the room for sleeping. The TV had no international channels, but only 4 local ones. In my opinion, the hotel does not meet even the average standard of comfort.

The owner is so kind, he upgraded our room. Nice room with nice view and reasonable price. Great location. And they are willing to help you to find a taxi if you need it to the airport. Find a lot of ants coming from bottom/sole plate. But it is not bothering us much

Near to Taxim and centre of everything. The staf was a great help. Cannot be accessed by a huge van as the roads are relatively narrow

Nothing Please please and please update all the photos in your Booking.com ads. Nothing resembles what I saw and why I booked. I ended up needing to book an extra single room for the 4 of us. I booked a family room as stated with single beds etc. Were given 2 double beds in a very cramped quarters with nowhere to sit except on the beds. We do feel cheated or scammed. As above

Location They gave me a different room, with a design that didn’t match the picture since Some staff members couldn’t communicate in English I wasn't able to tell them., and the room was very cold. Overall, the some staff didn’t seem very professional

The location The shower room The spoon was not clean, there was no electric plug except for that of the boiler and Tv together in one plug so I have to remove them to charge me and muły husband’s mobile The tv did not have any Arab channels Only one person can stand in the room and I didnt even had the space to pray

Location Our booking was suite and to pay at property, When we arrived they insist to downgrade us to standard room and if we want suite as booking we have to pay double price !

The location was good. The room was very small for the money i paid. The air conditioner was not working properly.. The fridge was not working and my mom’s medicine have gone bad that was not safe. The room was not clean… they cleaned only once the first day we got there…

The location is great, have stayed there before and really loved it. So decided to stay again. AC didn't work, and it's crucial at this time of year. They promised to fix it next morning but didn't, because I didn't remind them. Disappointed.

It can be quite noisy on the street at night as the area is busy, but theres not much they can do about that
