The staff was nice and responded quickly on WhatsApp The double room is a basement space with no window or ventilation. They charged me more to get a normal room. This place was not worth the price once they added the extra money for a room with a window and the price they charge for airport pickup and drop off os significantly more than the legal standard price. Everything is close in this area so I highly suggest staying somewhere else that starts off costing more but doesn’t give insanely high price increases to tourist and you should find a place that doesn’t go against regulations for standard living spaces and set fees. If I didn’t have to work in the area I would’ve moved right away.

We got our money stolen from our room

It was very close to Taksim, like 100 meters away... At first they wanted to check us in a room in the basement even though we had reservation for the 3rd floor. They told us that it was full and didn't have another room. After we said that we will complain to Booking they took us on the room we had reservation at first...

Room size is good & location No elevator , stairs is very narrow .it was very difficult to reach my room at the 4 th floor . I faced an issue with ants in the room which the staff tried to support with but in vain

The location is great, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions and enjoy the local area. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and quality. There is no elevator, which might be an inconvenience for some guests.

-The air conditioner doesn’t work knowing that we are in the summer season and the air conditioner must work properly and the maintenance must be completed before the start of the season , it was just a fan with hot air - there are ants in the bathroom with big sizes that I have never seen before. - the extra bed in a bad condition and not comfortable at all , the room will be ok if you are 3 persons but 4 the forth person will suffer. - the bathroom is very small with a small sink . - no closet in the room

friendly and helpful staff, even taking my luggage up, as it mentioned no lift, thank you so much, the room is clean and ver spacious, all facilities needed for travelling is available, even the cleaner is so nice. recommend to book again , the place near all the public transport and all popular street to eat, and for night walk my room is 5th floor, very spacious clean, has balcony for you to have your time before going out or rest oustside for the night breeze, I really like my room the hotel only few step to taksim square, means it at the centre! lift, but its understandable, hehe

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, it is close to Taksim Square, from which public transport runs in any direction, including buses from both Gokcen and Istanbul airports. The room is quite big and clean. The only inconvenience was that we didn't have a closet. the staff was very attentive and pleasant. Thank them for that. The street where the hotel is located is full of very good cafes with live music until the morning, so we didn't have to look far for entertainment.

The staff is nice, extending willingness to help you with your needs. The place is near Taksim square with many restaurants around. Metro is accessible as well as bus to Sabiha airport is a walking distance. None
