Only one thing....location 1:Breakfast timing was very bad, 8.00am to 10.00am which is absolutely not suitable for business travelers. I booked with breakfast but hardly availed this option due to early meetings. 2: Bathroom was very smelly and without exhaust fan. Lot of bad smell all the time in the bathroom and ultimately bad air in room. 3: Smelly carpets 4: Shower, washbasin need to be better.

This place is a really nice hotel, a very beautiful hotel, very clean. The room is really nice, the room is very clean, breakfast is excellent, it’s on the sixth floor, everything is 100% okay. Thank you so much for everything! And also Mr. Cetin , the management there was a very kind person, and over these past few days, they fulfilled all my requests.

I stayed in taksim line hotel, it was very good the location is perfect for tourists and the room and staff was very kind and welcoming!? specially the guy at the reception his name was Umer he was really good and was really kind and welcoming he takes care of his guests alot he helped me alot!? i really appreciate that!. Everything was perfect! I would suggest everyone if anyone visiting Istanbul then must stay in Taksim line hotel!??. I think breakfast menu needs more improvement, there should be more things in breakfast!.

The place is super amazing for the price and location its offering, it’s right in the taksim square, everything you want you can find around. I want to thank the staff for being caring, mostly mansour he literally made our stay way better than expected, he always offered help with everything, even my mom is super thankful to him cuz she had a headache and helped us find a good medicine that she got better right away! Told us what to do and what places to avoid, super nice and talkative and if we needed anything he was always there for us.

The facilities are very old, not clean enough, part of the staff are good and the remaining they don’t know how to give service. The administration of the hotel wants to get money without to give services. I don’t recommend the hotel at all. It was very bad experience for us. It’s not clean Some of the staff don’t know how to give service The don’t care to keep their customers

Nothing only location The staff is kind but the hotel isn't clean and we ordered extra pillows they didn't gave us and the room isn't clean when we checked in

The location of the property is great. The pictures on the website don’t do justice to the incredible view from the rooftop. Staff friendly and helpful. No complaints.

The hotel is located right to taksim square, very easy to access all transports. My mom Samar and my sister had an amazing experience. The staff in the hotel are really polite and helpful especially Mansour ,Okan and Ahmed.Thank you so much. Will visit it again. There's no kettle and cups in the room

The location was great — right in the middle of Taksim, easy to get around. The shower had strong, hot water, which was nice. The room looked nothing like the photos. It felt old, worn down, and poorly maintained. The first room had a broken AC or perhaps hard to contol, and it took some back-and-forth to get moved. The second room was slightly better. One of the window didn’t close properly, and with taxis honking loudly all night outside, it was hard to sleep. There were also cigarette burns here and there. Breakfast only started at 8am, which was too late for my schedule. I usually trust booking.com photos, but this time I felt misled. No longer reliable to me.
