The property’s location is very good, how ever it is hard to get a taxi. The staff is not hospitable and they work for theirselves. There is no facilities for getting birthday. Most of them behaved cold and distant.

The service didn’t feel like a proper Marriott hotel, the cleaners are friendly and nice, better than other staffs. Gym is small and with broken equipment.

Excellent service, well kept and the room was extremely comfortable with a modern take. Out of the way and many drivers found it difficult to find.

The staff was very friendly and supportive. I arrived from the airport in a mindblown, overexhausted state from a long transatlantic flight, the reception team was very understanding and nice. They offered me a Turkish coffee to wake me up and each time I walked around they area they smiled warmly. I hope to be back, the location is very comfortable, in between the city centre and the airport, you avoid the traffic and it is safe. The only issue was the locker system of the room. I had to call the reception to come open up for me. As my flight was early in the morning, I decided not to fully lock the room because I was afraid I was going to miss my flight. Well the hotel was secure. Additionally, the gym could have a few more tools, even a basic bench and some kettle bells would make a big difference. The sauna would benefit a lot if you just make essential oils available.

- Hotel staff was very kind and always helpful - Room was huge and comfortable - Mattress and pillow - Amenities in the room - The library area I like everything. Maybe the food can be little bit improved with more options but other than this, I am very happy with my stay

It is an overall pleasant hotel with a good quality infrastructure, facilities, cleanness and service. It's very important to choose a hotel owned by a large international chain in Istanbul (in this case the Marriott). Lack of the ramp to lift a suitcase without steps. Average quality of cuisine in the restaurant. You can't buy water, snacks or beverages in bar or restaurant, you need to go to the grocery shop outside. The staff tried to include in the bill mini-bar shack that I haven't consumed.

Very classy hotel , super pure New clean fresh. Perfect location , close to attractive Vadistanbul area with amazing fenomena shopping mall . Sounded be heavly green heals views..etc The Manager & all staff were very elegant helpful respectful welcomed team Especially the FOM Manager Mr Cengiz ? And Miss Dilara ? I deeply and strongly recommend this elegant hotel . 10/10 ? Very appreciative. Monta care. Dr RM
