The staff very helpful. They granted me early check in because i had surgery same day. The room was spacious and very clean. There is a mall /restaurants/pharmacy 5 min walk from the hotel. No complimentary toiletries / bathroom amenities in the room

The check in process was smooth. The water at the check in desk is very convenient. smelled fresh and clea.. Everybody spoke good English. extremely knowledgable and helpful staff. I love hot water strong showers, after a long day, this place ahs it even on the 10th floor. There is no Bellboy. The food at the the hotel is phenomenal, yet, there was very little advertisement about it...

Room was very clean. Staff spoke English and was very helpful in providing shopping tips. Well at least the front desk person on the night we arrived. The person in the morning was less approachable. The view overlooked a construction site. Was not really aware of the are we were in so it made it difficult to find food and attractions.
