Very big. We got the upgrade to 2 bedroom appartement. It’s really vast. There’s everything for a long stay in the apartment. Quiet. Very warm. Really, I liked this place! far from airport.

My family love this hotel, the room is big and got all amenities we need.

Thanks to Mr.Berkay for the nice reception and warm welcome at the hotel. The reception area is usually busy due to events.

I recently stayed at Superior Living Kağıthane, and I was truly impressed. The apartments are modern, clean, and very well equipped — everything felt new and thoughtfully designed. The location in Kağıthane is excellent: quiet, safe, and well connected to central Istanbul, with easy access to malls, cafes, and transport. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication was quick and clear throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was the comfort and practicality: strong Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, fully equipped kitchen, and great security. It felt like a home away from home. For the first two nights, we were given a small room that was poorly conditioned. It was not the one we were shown online...???? No TV for all the 9 nights.

Great location, helpful staff, newer property, plenty of onsite parking spots inside the garage. Cleaning is every 3 days and not everyday. I am not sure of there is an option to have daily cleaning for a fee bur if there is I will take it next time!

The only downside is that there’s no maintenance staff available between 3 PM and 10 PM, so you might have to wait if an issue arises

This is my second time staying here. These problems are still there. The problem is with the bathroom. When taking a shower, water comes out from under the door. It needs a rubber under the door. And the electrical system is also problematic. Some days the power goes out several times for a few moments. If these two things are fixed, there really is no other problem

Had a wonderful stay , The Hotel was clean , comfortable , and in a great location . A special thanks to Mazlum , Birol and Yusuf for being incredibly helpful . Highly recommended

The place is very worthy of the value. It’s clean and has 2 nearby malls. The staff are excellent.

Has all the home appliances necessary

It’s close to my home I reserved two room with breakfast for my guests, but hotel didn’t serve breakfast and they refunded 600 TL for two rooms and four people , it’s not fair and I confused about how is it possible and we had to make breakfast for them and invited them to our house, They must refund all different price
