The staff were very helpful and good prompt response. Very obedient and helpful. The property says 5 star but wasn’t up to the 5 star mark. I personally rate it at 3 star, this cannot be compared to another 5 star like the brands - intercontinental, Ritz, Radisson, etc.,

The house keeping lady The breakfast and the staff working there, the chef is a young boy with bad attitude, every time we come for omelette he says after 5 min when there is none but us and so rude with my 11 year old boy , the lady there is saying we can’t warm up the bread and use the microwave, the cleaning staff at the breakfast area are refusing to clean the whole table only cleaning few stuff

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with bus stations nearby and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The view is absolutely stunning, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the pool is always clean and well maintained. The breakfast offers a fantastic variety of delicious options. We would definitely come back again if we have the chance. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a wonderful view. The food is varied and delicious. The reception staff and bellmen are helpful and respectful. Even the pool and spa staff were excellent, especially the tall lady whose name I do not know. Honestly, everyone was very professional and friendly. I also requested a room change because the air conditioning was not cooling properly, and they changed it for me. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ramadan, the hotel manager, for being polite, respectful, and cooperative. The only small issue that needs attention is that the room furniture and furnishings are quite old.

Not much I did like. The food was terrible. My room was warm I ask them to adjust temp they said they would however no one ever did so. My refrigerator in the room didn’t work so all the drinks were hot. The chocolate was melted. Website shows ocean view. I had river view. The staff was extremely rude! Only one decent guy there! I was about to pass out and he helped me. Very nice of him. Also one building over they were slaughtering goats had to listen to those poor things crying then people walking around outside w legs and other animal parts carrying them around. Very traumatic to see. I was over charged on meals that I didn’t even eat. My salad was warm and wilted . Just not impressed at all!

The bedsheet had blood stains on it, the bathroom sink was clogged, and there was mold in the bathroom. I had reserved a triple room, but instead they placed a portable bed in the room, which was actually a double room. In reality, I was given a double room while being charged the rate for a triple room.

The hotel is conveniently located, with a nice view of the Golden horn, and also has a good outdoor pool. This was my second stay at this hotel, and both experiences were unsatisfactory. The night shift employee was unfriendly, never smiled, and showed no empathy towards guests. I checked in at 10 p.m. and was given a room that was clearly not ready: there were leftovers from previous guests and the windows were dirty. When I returned to the reception to request a different room, no apology was offered, and I was asked to wait for another room. The replacement room we were given was not much better. The shower cabin was disgustingly dirty, and the windows were also unclean. On both of my stays, we requested and were granted a late check-out until 1 p.m. Despite this, housekeeping and reception continued to call our room and knock on the door from 12 p.m. onwards, disturbing us and making the approved late check-out meaningless.

Nothing, it is old Extremely disappointing experience and completely below the standards expected from a 5 star hotel. The hotel listing states that all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, but in reality the AC is centrally controlled by the hotel and locked at 25°C with no ability for guests to adjust the temperature. When we complained, the staff simply told us to open the window if we felt hot. We were unable to sleep comfortably and ended up checking out in less than 14 hours without even completing the first day of our stay. The most frustrating part was that this important limitation was never clearly disclosed in the hotel description. Now i am into the refund processing through Booking.com, which was disputed, creating additional frustration and wasting valuable time during our trip. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in terms of transparency, comfort, and customer handling.

Very chic, clean, convenient and friendly staff. The Spa was priceless! The rooms are a little smaller.

Location We chose this hotel mainly to enjoy the spa and the indoor swimming pool. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we discovered that the pool was closed without any prior notice or clear explanation. This was very disappointing since it was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Better communication about facility closures would help guests plan their stay and avoid unpleasant surprises.
