The hotel is in a great location. It's close to the tram station and subway station and is very convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast is rich and the staff is friendly. We arrived very early and were given free early check-in. The hotel restaurant has a very good viewing terrace and dining here is also a perfect experience. The quilt is a bit hard

The location of the hotel is convenient, and the staff was friendly, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There were noticeable issues with tidiness, which affected the overall comfort of our stay. With more attention to cleaning and maintenance, this place could be much better.

Location is good, close to public transport station. Room was too tiny - there was even no space to unpack the luggage. Breakfast was also very poor - not adequate for 4* hotel. Variety of bread, cheese and ham/salami did not met my expectations.

I enjoyed views of Marmara from the balcony. The breakfast was excellent, and it was lovely to share the experience with some friendly cats and seagulls while taking in the beautiful scenery.
