Great location. Close to historical places. All walking distance. In addition, next to Gulhane park. Beautiful very large park. Walk to the end to reach Sarayburnu. The cafe there is right on water. The staff was very nice a d friendly. Breakfast us included and excellent. Restaurant on 7th floor is good too with nice view. . Nothing

Breakfast was delicious, lots of options to choose. Fresh veggies and fruits. The location was perfect, walking distance to all major sights. Beautiful roof top views. No dislikes but the street lights in front of the hotel didn’t work and should be fixed.

Very good value for the location and Istanbul. The hotel is clean and the staff is very very nice, they help you anytime, I highly recommend this hotel for the convenience and the kindness of the staff. Nothing, absolutly nothing.

Breakfast, missing some basics

No adverse comments. Traffic was was heavy in the area but as we preferred walking there was Gulhane Metro Station less than 5 minutes walk which we sometimes used. It is a perfect location for tourism.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Erboy and it ended up being the perfect base for exploring Istanbul. The location couldn’t be better. It’s very close to the Istanbul Tram T1 Line and Eminönü Ferry Terminal, and you can easily walk to some of Istanbul’s most famous sites like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, and Süleymaniye Mosque. What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone—from the front desk to housekeeping, the restaurant team, and the shuttle drivers—was warm, welcoming, and helpful. My room was cleaned every day and always felt fresh and tidy when I came back after long days exploring the city. During my first couple of days, I was struggling with jet lag, so the hotel’s room service and restaurant were a lifesaver. The food was very good and breakfast had a great variety. The airport transfers arranged by the hotel were also perfectly on time and very comfortable both ways. Overall, the value is excellent considering the location, service, and quality. I would absolutely stay here again.
