location the property was a simple bedroom with a double bed. the first day we arrived the hotel manager called “OMAR” had sent us to another place because he sold it to another person and had not any room in inverse of we already had reserved the hotel. they sent us to a very unpleasant place which was two streets further and had not a heater and we got cold with staying 4 hours in night waiting for a heater. So the first two days of our trip got ruined thoroughly. the place didn’t have a proper bathroom and no heater and no television. the rest of our days passed in fide hotel but the room was not good and the mosquitoes just haven’t left any spot on my skin intact. the bathroom was empty and the floor drain was broken so the bathroom was like a swimming pool for the rest of our stay except the last day while he took a plumber to fix it. the properties location was good and the staff(waitress) were kind except the manager. and he gave all the money from us. we expect the booking to return two nights(of this stay price) to us. thank you

I was met by a guy on the reception - very polite and friendly. He showed me the room - very warm and there was hot water all the time, I was offered to use safe box on the reception if I needed. Location is very close to Istiklal street, metro stations and bus stops. I had known the location so I brought my earplugs and didn’t have problems with the noise from outside. But it is on a boulevard. We need to be fair. I don't complain and I don't give any advice. The hotel and furniture are very old and without renovation is impossible to have high hygiene. Very old key - I remember it form my childhood. There is a safe box in the room that doesn't work. I haven't had poorer breakfast in any hotel ever. If no renovation, hotel need maintenance - things brake sometimes. No sound isolation for inside noise - I was hearing the noise from the lobby and staircase all the time I was in the hotel. Even cheap, it is very far from what tourists expect. Everything else - you can see on the pictures, I uploded here and on map, to decide if you want to stay in this hotel or not.

it was close to all major touristic destinations. nothing in particular

location only the beds not comfortable at all, you feel the coil spring on beds after two night sleeping over it. cracks on the walls , shower not fitted properly, you have to adjusted by yourself all the time and if the water pressure is little more then it doesn't stand above your head . absolutely filthy room condition. the picture as it shows is not the same at all when you enter into the rooms . breakfast they make it early in the morning leave them on the plate for evert body in the lobby, cold breakfast served , when you ask its cold they put it in the microwave for you and bring it . the light were working when we arrived . too noisy the rooms are facing to the streets , couldn't sleep at night properly . its not worth for money at all and this hotel its not even 2 star hotel. i am just wandering how they got this rate on booking.com 4 star !!!!
